This guy is really slow. I was waiting here for 10 minutes before he ever even said hi. Then he sat there with a guy not doing anything. Still waitingAfter this review the slowest guy ever finally came to help some other guy came out from back and started talking to the first guy slowing him down even more.They did not tape up the box before I left even after I asked. I hope all my stuff makes it.Disappointed....

Highly recommend using UPS in the same plaza and not giving FedEx your business based on my experience here. I was not greeted walking in the store, an employee did not acknowledge me for several minutes, once Matt did get up and walk over to me, he said nothing and raised his eyebrows at me. Least friendly service position I've experienced.

I have shipped an iPhone twice using this specific fedex branch and both times the receiver got the box empty. There’s something going on here so be careful shipping expensive stuff.

My girlfriend went to print out some documents for work today, but unfortunately the man working there was unable to provide even basic assistance. He was dismissive, unwilling to help, and just plain creepy. This place sux!!!

Came in with three boxes already labeled. I was able to self-scan my two big boxes but not after having to move a floor sign out of the way with my foot, as an employee and another customer stood right there and could've moved the sign for me, instead of smirking. One of the box scans said I needed an associate, so I took all three to the counter. No hi or how can I help - just silence. He then apologizes to the other customer about the wait. Wow. They could take a lesson from the amazing staff at the UPS Store a few doors down.

Not sure what is going on with the drivers but this is the second time this has happened recently. The driver doesn't even attempt to deliver and then returns the package without leaving me any notice (because he never even came to my home) so it gets returned to the shipper and I don't find out until I get a refund notice.I live in a secured apartment building with a call box on the porch that rings to my cell phone. I have had no calls from this call box for the last several weeks. Also, FedEx drivers are in the habit of just leaving packages outside the front door of the building - which is total BS when we have a secure building. It's PB! Things left out tend to disappear pretty quickly! But this guy didn't do that either (because he never came to my building). It's bad enough that they won't deliver to our apartment doors and they leave it in an unattended lobby but apparently, even that is too much work.The worst part is the 20 minutes I just spent on the phone with a woman in customer service (I called this location but apparently the call was sent to some other country). It was so bad! And I'm an office manager - I have to deal with customer service a LOT and this may be one of my all-time worst calls. She told me "Don't worry about that" like 15 times (the last 5 were after I told her to stop). I told her that I was not worried about the package and I'd already fixed that - I wanted to notify this location so this does not continue to happen. I had to explain this so many times. I'm not sure what the problem was but I asked to speak to someone else TWICE and ended up just hanging up. My coworker heard the conversation and asked me if I was calling WISH or something! LOL

I have a lot to say about this FedEx but I went in on Sunday April 2nd, I am a full time student and employee, and I work two jobs at the age if 18. I went into FedEx BEFORE 7:00 and had to print my college homework a tell asian man was kind enough to help me and was very sweet but as soon as it hit 7:00 a mexican man with glasses and afro hair kept getting aggressive with me and my mother and was trying to kick us out, I was having difficulty with the printer and asked for help and after we would leave, he denied and replied with "We are close Lady" and walked away. I sat with my mother in FedEx for 30 minutes and that man still didnt help me, shame on him he even went to go get security to kick me and my mom out and couldnt even help me use the printer for 2 minutes out of his closing time!

I am at a loss about this place. This location is staffed by thieves. The week of Christmas, I broke my iPhone and Apple shipped me a replacement under my apple care warranty. I shipped the broken phone back in the prepackaged box and went to this FedEx store and mailed back the package in sealed box. The same day, I also decided to trade in an old Apple Watch for credit - Apple directed me to bring the watch unpackaged to the FedEx store. The young Asian gentleman scanned my QR code and assured me that he would take care of the rest of the process. I didn't think this would be a problem as the email indicated that this FedEx location was a shipping partner location and the packaging would be handled if the QR code was scanned.A few days later received an email from Apple a few days later saying the return phone box arrived empty. I was a little shocked thinking this was a mistake. I called Apple as they had asked in their email. Soon after, I received the exact same email regarding my Apple Watch trade in saying that the box arrived empty. Both of these packages were taken shipped through this FedEx location on the same date. The only thing I can conclude is that the employees at FedEx have set up a scam stealing customer devices shipped through this location. Wow....
