The guard at the back door of the trailers has no lock-breaking tweezers, at the front door they do not want to receive my merchandise because there are many boxes and at the back door they do not want to receive my merchandise because there are few, they will put a third door. Lol

Off boxes today at 11:35 am today and the lady returned all boxes. The labels have been already made. I am a long time customer and I need help with escalating this matter. Please advise.

FedEx has the driver's more irresponsible, compared with UPS and USPS.
In the company we use them only on Mondays, we have scheduled a pickup and the driver has not shown the previous two Mondays.
It's sad, as I'd like to use them more because of the price and delivery guarantee with Amazon shipping.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. The African American woman assisting me was unprofessional—she was rude, impatient, and pressured me throughout the transaction. She raised her voice and made inappropriate comments, including a remark about customers never reading packaging instructions. This behavior made the entire process uncomfortable and stressful. Based on other reviews, it seems this has been an ongoing issue for years with no accountability. I will not be returning to this location.

Called FedEx to pick up a package and they sent me to this location. The representative on the phone said they opened at 9. I got here and there is a sign saying they open at 12. So I wait for half an hour and watched 5 or 6 employees walk inside. When noon rolls around, me and three others wait by the entrance. Ten minutes go by and no one unlocks it. Eventually an employee walks outside and tells us they don't have anyone to work the front. What a waste of time.

I had a lost package and they have a customer service representative named Arnold who went above and beyond to not only find my package, but made sure to ship it and called my personal cell phone on multiple occasions in order to keep me posted. This was an amazing experience. Thank you so much Arnold!

Location is hiden staff is not to friendly or knoledgable they don't have print service to print their return lables had to go Down the street to postalannex to return a package thru Fedex .

I go to retrieve a package at 6:10 PM. I can see workers in the back and the lights are on. However the doors do not open. I see somebody in the front office so I knock on the window to get their attention they come out and rudely turned me away, saying that they’re closed. The hours online and in person clearly state that they’re open till 7 PM. What a joke. This will ruin my wife’s birthday. Thanks a bunch FedEx.

Nice location but you have to be right on it to see any signing. Employees were not very friendly and acted like I was a pest since I did not have Fedex labels on my boxes. That's why I came there...
