Given how many times we have been to FedEx Office on Rancho Bernardo Road for wedding stationary and the lamination of our seating chart (as well as thank you cards to come), we have become familiar with the majority of the staff. Jeff and Ernstine in particular have helped us seemingly every time (or almost every time) and every experience has been terrific and the quality of our stationary has been exceptional.

Full of what they could do! Not cheap! I said & it could be seen I was shipping some cactus cuttings loosely wrapped in brown paper along with a small table loom to be packed & shipped for me! Several times I mentioned & the clerk could see the cactus plant cuttings. I paid my bill approx. $125 & left for home (2miles) I get a call can't ship you need to pick up your pkg.???? I return to find im told cant pack the plants. I said Just give me back the plant cuttings & ship the loom. Cant do that have to refund & start over?? They start over (same cost) without the cuttings??? Brains & common sense definately not available at this Fed Ex! I told em to stuff their service. Went to Village Mail in Rancho Bernardo . Fabulous. Same cost, they used UPS thoughtful smart kids as I watched them pack everything.

Very unhelpful staff at this location. I would avoid this FedEx store.FedEx delivered my package with the box badly damaged. I did not open the package. Took it back to this FedEx location to have it sent back/return to sender. They refused to take my package. Told me I have to purchase another box to repackage it, as they do not take packages that are not in good condition.They are basically telling me I have to pay for damage caused by FedEx delivery, and it is my responsibility to repackage the package myself if I want it sent back. Ridiculous customer service.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! Horrible service. Will never go back! I buy packing materials cause they say thet can ship for a specific price and then, bait and switch you when you return after everything is packed.Constantly trying to upsell their packing service which is a complete tipoff too!

As soon as I walked through the door, August greeted me with a great smile and a friendly attitude. I needed help with printing out a memorial service program that someone had sent me on my phone as a PDF. The memorial service was the following day so I needed some help printing the programs. August made several suggestions that I hadn't even thought about that ended up making the program look absolutely beautiful. He also helped me save a little money in the process, which I really appreciated. He gave me several options to think about. He suggested I print the program on heavy card stock paper and put two programs on one piece of paper and then cut it in half so instead of having a greeting card like program, I had a half sheet program that was printed on the front and back. The people at the service really liked it and so did I. The printing came out beautifully and August helped me every step of the way. I am so glad that he shared with me some creative ideas that I was so so happy with when I left. Without a doubt, I believe he deserves a raise because of his great customer service skills, and willingness to help me from start to finish. I don't often take the time to send in evaluations, but his service was so great that I wanted to take the time to complement and thank August at Rancho Bernardo

This one star is for the connection company with FedEx call rush my passport, I spent over 200$ (not the government fee) just the service fee. Ending up got told to go back to USPS for an acceptance agent, FedEx website told me everything can be done in one stop, that is not my case, they do not have acceptance agent in this FedEx store. If you are considering renewing or get your passport, go back to USPS set up an appointment with them to meet up a acceptance agent, or you might experience the same problem I had. Paying 200 for (everything done in one stop) ending up spending 200 for some paperwork I fill in that is free in USPS and get told to come back to USPS set up an appointment with them. But yes FedEx can provide you a photo shoot for your passport with a fee and more fee to print it out or my case more fee for buying a usb that they can put it in

Taylene was great, very friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. Store was clean, there was no wait time when I went, and I was promptly helped. I'll definitely go there for shipping needs.

Update to my last review. Another driver just came speeding down my block and isn't even delivering any package. FedEx really needs to do something, or I'll start recording these incidents before this driver kills someone. I'm assuming it's the same person that has my block on his route.

I’m a contractor and print a lot of blueprints at various fedex offices , I’ve never had a bad experience until today at the rancho bernardo branch. The manager (woman with short blonde hair) was very rude & told me I was interrupting the very nice cashier/worker by asking to print a blue print. Never going back to this location , they need a new manager ASAP.
