Just wanted to print out a document. Computer really slow then said I didn’t have enough reserved on my card to print all the pages. You can’t just add more money. Had to end session which means I got charged for nothing and then start all over again. What idiot set this up as a business service.

The company is excellent. But the only thing is that they lower their price, brothers, we make clients of the company, not enemies, and put their machine maneuver for passports in all the companies in San Diego.Good good so you don't understand it thank you

Had another printing service fall through on me for something I needed urgently the next day. Staff here were very friendly, helpful, and patient, got everything done within the hour and 30 min before closing.

I had so many bad experiences here. Once, a box I shipped was lost. Now I’m trying to ship something on an original fedex box and they won’t accept it and can’t explain why.I’ve asked the employee several times to explain to me what is the difference between the box I have and the one they offer for $26 dollars and he couldnt answer. And yes, they charge $26 for a simple cardboard box. It’s always super frustrating to go to this store.

There are a couple employees who are great. However, there are a couple employees that are quite rude and do not care to help the customers. Management should get on that before they turn more customers away from the store.

I was so blown away by how kind and helpful the employees were! I had two very large packages being held and they were so kind and patient helping me to get them to and loaded in my vehicle. The device was above and beyond really made my day!

I recently visited FedEx for a passport-style photograph, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was overcharged for both digital and physical copies and had to purchase a flash drive at an unreasonable price because they wouldn’t email me the images. The additional charges felt like unnecessary upsells. Overall, not a great customer experience.

Save yourself the hassle and ship elsewhere. The store manager turned away my shipments because I did not double box them. However, all of the shipments were already in corrugated boxes. She claimed it's FedEx policy to not accept shipments in retail packages, yet oddly couldn't show me or tell me exactly where to find said policy. She simply walked away mid conversation after I declined to buy their boxes. We ship thousands of packages per year, and have a contract with FedEx - there is no such policy. It appears that the store manager just enjoys being difficult.

Slowest service ever!
One person for a huge venue. Very long lines.
I had to wait in line for over 30 min for a receipt of a shipment that I did on their “skip the line machine” because it did not print a receipt. So ultimately there is really no way one could not skip the line!
Very inconvenient.

I had to ship a guitar across the nation and Angie was amazing taking care of the packaging and securing it. She deserves a raise for sure. I definitely made her day harder.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! All the recent 1 Star reviews speak for themselves, this is by far the worst FedEx Office location I’ve EVER visited in terms of customer service. Beware, they WILL nickel and dime you!
