During work time no one is at front, wait for five minutes and reject my return box due to no tape to seal it. Went to other fexdex location before and they helped me to seal it. Unfriendly and rude stuff

IF YOU’RE LIVE IN LA JOLLA CA DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR DELIVERY! Their drivers are lazy and dishonest. They pretend to make deliveries and mark it as customer not home or unable to deliver due to some obstacle. We caught the driver on a Lie saying she made two attempts on two different days. A COMPLETE LIE!!!

Do not use FedEx to ship your packages. They have delivered my last 3 shipments to the wrong street. They refuse to take any accountability for failing at their one job: to accurately deliver shipments. Use UPS, USPS, carrier pigeon, or just hand deliver your own items. Just never use FedEx.

Driver was in a hurry so just claimed that no one was present to receive delivery. Refused to stop when I ran after him and shouted. Now I have to drive several miles to get 2-day air delivery on time. Customer support refused to help or even transfer me to a manager. Unbelievably unprofessional!

We were having a really bad experience with delivery drivers in our community. I left a note at the garage as the driver always leave packages by the garage, the note states to deliver the package at the front door of our house yet this was always blatantly ignored by the delivery driver. In addition, I signed up for the delivery manager to give instruction for all packages delivered at the front door. Seems to me that this sign up is just one way for them for me to be part of this propaganda to increase the liking of such. Which was never followed at all. This issue has been going on for months and months now yet Fedex Customer Service ignores this type of issue as always. Most of our package(s) ends up stolen nor lost because of delivery drivers like this and bad customer service. If given the choice for my packages courier, I will not recommend Fedex at all until such issue(s) are fix.

Left a note at my door that I had to pick up package from FedEx after 4:30pm. Arrived around 6:40pm same day. Front desk had my package already labeled to be shipped back to the sender. FedEx was not going to attempt delivery again and didn’t mention on the door tag it would be shipped back to sender. Glad I decided to drive over immediately after getting home from work. Also, completely defeats the point of delivery if I need to go to FedEx to pick up a package that should have just been left at my residence. Rude customer service from the lady at the front desk. Already would never use FedEx since they’ve delivered previous packages to the wrong street several times and refused to accept responsibility, but now I will request that any purchase be shipped with either UPS or USPS. Or just anyone other than the geniuses at FedEx.

This is the BEST hub for shipping and receiving live animals on either coast (and I've been to A LOT of FedEx Ship Centers). Every live animal shipment I have received over the past 7 years through the Heater Court location has been handed to me at room temperature, as opposed to too warm or cold, which is vital to maintain the health and safety of live animals during travel. Packages that I have shipped through this location are always handled with the utmost care and arrive safely at their destinations every time. I have NEVER received or sent out a DOA animal through this location. Furthermore, the women who work at this branch are so kind and caring, and always happy to share in my joy when I get a new family member in the mail, or when I send one of my precious babies off to their new family! A+++++

Did not actually go here, but called ahead to check if they had something in stock. First time I called, Google dialed the toll free number, which took me to a very cumbersome VRU. When I called again, it took me to the local retail location, and I got my question answered quickly and efficiently.

The ladies at this facility are first rate! Extremely helpful! Very nice and polite! They helped us quite a bit to make sure we were comfortable with our packages being shipped. They were friendly to us and your clients. Nothing like I've ever seen from a Fed Ex location.

I rarely use a shipping service, but recently I used Fedex shipping service. I had a package shipped, and clerk forgot to enter # apartment number, but the worst thing I called postal number and was given 1800 number to call. I called number and representative didn't speak English well, therefore we couldn't communicate. After A period of time representative stated you can return to drop off site, and add apt number there, and hung up. People don't use FedEx very poor customer service. I give customer service A 0. Being A Nurse for 32 years here in SanDiego I never came across such poor service Sincerely, Now A past customer
