Bad customer service i was second in line waited about 10-15 minutes while another employee in the back just starred at me and more people kept coming in when i was finally helped by another employee he goes to the register and calls to help other people i found that very rude Tim you need to do better instead of asking one hand to move the other and chewing your gum like theres no tomorrow.

Package was delayed ruining medication. Called customer service phone number and according to a supervisor they are unable to help me. They told me to go back to the store and have them help me. Do not call customer service phone number--worthless waste of time

ROLANDO is the BEST!!!
Unfortunately there was miscommunication between my fiancé and I about what time Fedex closes on Saturdays, and Rolando stayed TWENTY MINUTES past his WEEKEND shift, just to hand me our order. When I got to the Fedex front door, Ronaldo gave me zero attitude and instead greeted me with a smile.
For context, this Fedex closes on Saturdays at 6:00pm (NOT 8 lol). My fiancé had a flight the next morning (Sunday) at 6:00AM to present his research poster at a national conference just a few hours after landing. And Fedex opens on Sundays at NOON. So after frantically explaining all this to Rolando over the phone, he very generously waited for me to pick up our order. :')

This by FAR is my least favorite FedEx office in San Diego. I dread having to ship from here and will usually drive out of my way to use another office. Starting to think we need to switch couriers anyway.

Got my Canadian passport photo taken there and it was a great experience. They were familiar with the exact requirements off the top of their head. I was done in 5 minutes and I paid $16. You can't beat that.
