The Macy's here at Fashion Valley is mostly my go-to place when I'm looking for my dresses. But the most reason I go to Macy's is for my Son's G-Shock watches. Here at this Macy's location at Fashion Valley, they mostly have the G-Shocks that my Son wanted, they have a nice wide selection of G-Shocks here. I am glad that Macy's carries good G-Shock watches. They are watches that are WATER RESISTANCE and SHOCK RESISTANT , very good quality, as in a durable watch that really lasts so long !!! My Son started to wear G-Shocks when he was 5 years old and all the G-Shock watches we bought here at Macys Fashion Valley still haven't stopped working yet. The associates at this Macy's location are very Friendly and very helpful whenever my Son is choosing his watches here. Also, everything here is always organized, I haven't seen any messes , it is always clean and bright, it's very appealing to shop here.

I had a third party gift card that was very confusing, at least it confused me. I was in the men's clothing department. There were three people helping me. They were extremely patient, friendly and helpful. More patient than I was. I'm sorry that I did not get their names. They eventually led me through activating the gift card and using it to purchase a pair of jeans. If it helps them receive credit for their effort, the receipt had these numbers: 11351770 0044 6:16 P.M. 2/18/2024

I went in to replace several pairs of pants and had a great experience with Maurice, the Macys Personal Stylist in the Men's Suits department. He totally listened to what I wanted, worked through size and color options, and made me feel confident that I left with exactly the right clothes for me. Professional, very knowledgeable, and no upselling! I'm NOT a shopper, and usually get overwhelmed and discouraged with the process. Working with Maurice made the experience really easy and enjoyable.

I got a Burberry Elixir and Paco Rabanne 1 Million at the fragrance department of this Macy's, the customer service that I received from Cindy was a 10/10. She was very nice, took her time explaining everything about the fragrances that I was interested in, and answering all my questions. Never felt rushed and she's definitely the epitome of amazing customer service. It was an overall great experience shopping here.

Just went to the mens suit section at this Macy's and Maurice was AMAZING! He truly took his time to help my husband find a perfect fit for his suit. He made our experience awesome and we will definitely be back.

This is a pretty nice Macy's. Even on a crowded Black Friday the service was reasonably fast and friendly. They had what I want for 40% off. I would have ordered it full price. Located in a decent mall. All in all a good shopping experience.

I'm writing this review, hoping Jacquelyn from the Coach store at Macy's gets the credit and recognition she deserves. She was so friendly, kind , but most importantly was extremely helpful. I highly recommend asking for her help and if I were the management, this girl deserves some recognition.

I came in like 2 weeks ago to buy a ring, the lady by the name Nancy H helped me out. At first she was super nice and friendly! I had to get my ring resize so she said I should buy the 3 years warranty just to incase if I need to resize it again or cleaning.. blah blah! So I bought it then I asked her "how long does it take to resize it?" She said "2 WEEKS! We will call you or text you." My husband said "oh 2 weeks is fast!" Then 2 weeks came I called her and asked if my ring came in cause I didn't get a call or text. She said "ooh no honey it's 4 weeks it just got send out on the 30th of October." I was like "ha? I bought the ring on 26th and it just got send out on the 30th and you said 2 weeks not 4!" She said "I will never tell you it's 2 weeks." Lies!!!!!!! I wanted to go off on her but no! I called her manager and told her all about it and she was so nice to rush it for me. 2 days later I got a called from Macy's that my ring is ready for pick up. When I came in to picked up my ring, I saw NANCY standing there. Didn't say one word to her just got my ring then left! DON'T GET HELP BY NANCY H!

This location has the most foul, rude employees I've ever had to deal with in my adult life. From being stalked near any entrance by someone 'asking if I need help' repeatedly to straight up refusal to check me out when an item I had didn't have the correct tag, I've never felt so violated by a store. I shouldn't have to come in wearing high fashion to be respected anywhere, especially at a dying mall.

I like ordering items home as I work home. During the pandemic, I had good experiences with Macy's. However, I found out that Macys and its credit card service are going rogue. I want to share my recent hassle with Macys. I ordered makeup items and found one of two items was already broken; the other one, Lancôme foundation, did not work. I guess I like Lancôme skincare's and never had problems. This was my first return to Macys. If you plan to order from Macys, think twice and don't order anything you are not sure to keep. I return in July and the credit card never reflect my return. So, I don't have items yet credit keeps pushing me to pay minimum out of the entire order. I am thinking Macys is doing on purpose. I normally don't return items and find this bad customer service recently. Hope this helps. Thanks.

I love to shop at this Macy's branch in Fashion Valley shopping center. It has more brand varieties and good stock of their merchandises compared to a few of Macy's around. They had a great collection for Fall / winter seasons. My daughter and I bought several cute outfits. The store was very clean including the fitting rooms. The representative were so friendly and really nice. Many of them asked us if we need help. I always enjoy shopping here at this branch

I went in to take advantage of Labor Day Savings. I was shocked and appalled at the poor customer service at what used to be a very high end retail store. The sales staff had no knowlage of any of the brands they sold, were not interested in selling any of the merchandise and were very poorly dressed. I was embarassed for them. I worked at Robinsons in Horton plaza in the '8os and they would have made people change before going onto the floor if they had shown up dressed like that. I asked for a manager and was told "We don't have one" Wallmart has more helpfull employees and if there is indeed a manager of this store I think they are failing at thier job quite badly.

My partner purchased a silver and diamond bracelet for our anniversary. The clasp was defective. He went to return it and the manger told him he couldn't return it because the "tag" was removed. It was a gift! Do people leave tags on rings when given as a gift? I know I wouldn't. Bad business! Never buying jewelry here again!
