The bank doesn't have ATM that works off business hours to bring my balance positive the same day. They are willing to reverse the overdraft fee. I have been with them for over 15 years and have a very low maintain account. Most tellers I deal with over the year was nice and courteous. The new (4/4/2024) lady treat me like a child by keep stating the obvious how I need to have fund before write check or have auto debit.

Worked with them on several business accounts - checking, saving and credit accounts. They have been awesome to work with, responsive, and personable. It's also nothing like any of the big banks. Referred several people already.

Not helpful at all when it came to credit card situations or if you’re a former member needing bank statements. After 9 months of getting the run around between the local branch and customer service, I can’t recommend their services if you ever need any service beyond the basics.
