This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any type of auto repair.

I took my car in to have it fixed after being rear-ended and I got it back like brand new. The service was excellent from beginning to checkout a Garret made sure to keep me updated during the whole process. I hope I don’t need them again but they turned a nightmare situation into a smooth process that had me walking out and jumping into my car with a smile :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fix Auto at Kearny Mesa to address a bothersome scratch on my beloved Porsche. Let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of exceptional!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team. Garret, in particular, stood out. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he took the time to explain the repair process thoroughly. It’s always reassuring when someone treats your car as if it were their own, and Garret did just that.
The repair work itself was flawless. The scratch vanished like magic, leaving my Porsche looking as pristine as the day I drove it off the lot. Kudos to the team, and a special shoutout to Garret for going above and beyond!

I unfortunately got in a rear-end collision. Fix Auto Kearny Mesa is one of the few (if not the only) certified Volvo collision auto shops in SD. From the beginning, they’ve had GREAT communication, transparency, and did a great job replacing/painting my bumper and lift gate. Garrett was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this specific location and their team. Thanks again!

From the first call and scheduling, dropping off my car and then calling me throughout the process to keep me updated and pick up. Phenomenal Customer Service. When arrived to pick up my car. Very friendly and told us If we see anything off, to bring it back.
