Four Seasons gifted our school a very generous donation of candy for a Halloween event. They have a palpable love for their community. They were responsive, prompt and treated us as valued customers even though the candy was complimentary. Would highly recommend this company for all your confection needs. Drove all the way there and it was closed when it's supposed to be open. Website does not work and they do not answer phones.

For whatever reason I cannot acces their website, I wanted to do some shopping, but I can even get on there. It says my account is suspended or something, and I have to email them, I have gone on their website once before, I just did some browsing, I don't want to deal with all that when I'm just trying to buy some bulk candy. I'm taking my business to another store.

I made an order on Feb. 1, 2018. Two weeks later, when I still hadn't received it, I called them. They said that they never got the order. I was billed on Feb 8, so they said that they would send out the order ASAP. Over the next few weeks I called about ten times. Always very polite, I never was given an answer, just told that they would get an answer and call me back. They never once called me back.
