Attitude to the max when I was trying to cancel my policy i did not want to renew. Don’t recommend this insurance!

Terrible service, say one thing over the phone and something in different in person. Never had to use the insurance but overall customer service was bad

Agent/manager Paulina is very rude and dismissive. Tried asking questions and she answered very passive aggressively. Can't wait for my policy to end to switch.
