Bad experience. They are in need of more employees. There was only 1 person when we got there one hour before closing. She was very nice with the people ahead of us, taking her time to explain everything to them, but when it was our turn, she seemed annoyed because it was almost time to close.

This is the worst insurance company ever. My car had been vandalized. I called to file a claim. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received a call from an adjuster. Meanwhile my car remains inoperable.

I got there the Day .. my policy was Due .. I had to pay late fees...it just come in sense.. lots of individuals have lost their jobs with all this is Going on... Someone trys to just come up with the money.. to not get behind and Still want to rip you off.. for $15 DLLs on top that.... Going different insurance next cycle.. if you cannot take care the people that is keeping you going.. why .. work with this people..

FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY!! Needed my car towed so i called to make sure i had coverage on my policy for the tow. They lied and said i did and NEVER got reimbursed cause i never had towing in my policy. Opened claim and was never able to contact the agent I was assigned, she didn't have a voicemail. Never spoke to her. Call center said they couldn't retrieve the phone recordings that would prove they told me i have towing under my policy. Obviously cause they don't want to be at fault. Go with another insurance company. They are not the cheapest as once thought. They don't give and discounts for being a safe driver for years. Im going to mercury insurance for $60 less a month

This company is an absolute joke.. I've heard they were bad but it wasn't until dealing with them that made me realize they are as horrible as people say. Someone who is insured by them ran their car into my house. I have been in contact with Fred Loya for over a month now, trying to get it fixed. Nothing has been fixed and their staff is incompetent ( i hate using that word but it fits so perfectly for this situation). I have also caught them in several lies, one of which they apologized for and told me " I just didn't know what to tell you so I said what I thought was true"... Stay far away if you can and pray no one insured under them ever hits you or your property.

Had this insurance they were great but I i changed my account and they tried withdrawing a payment that didn't go through because it was the wrong account. Due to Covid 19 craziness and being kinda jobleess etc I contacted them 2 days after the policy lapse. I was told just come in and we will rewrite the policy. So I went in she came out to take pictures, seen I have a crack in the windshield which literally they have taken pictures of so many different times before but nope she can't write the policy now all of a sudden. Not even with an exclusion to the crack; so currently I have no insurance as of now. Trying to find insurance last minute which with Covid 19 crisis isn't easy since most easiest job since agents seem to have reduced hours. I'm going on another day of no insurance. I feel so well respected after being a customer for about 4 plus years now. Wish I could give. No star rating but nope you gotta at least give a star !!!
