This is the worst insurance company ever. My car had been vandalized. I called to file a claim. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received a call from an adjuster. Meanwhile my car remains inoperable.

Very poor customer service. No one to "talk" with about your claim. Adjustors take too long to deal with your appraisal and then even longer to track the person who actually caused the accident. Local office only deal with sale calls, where are the staff to deal with the accident claims. The coverage may be less expensive but that's at the expense of the customer service. My advice stick with Triple A. Then you won't have to chase them to get the assistance you pay for.

If you guys want insurance from them I recommend going to the location on El cajon blvd the ladies over there are really nice and professional. At this location (University) I am not happy w their services. The girls are bullies. If I don't pay on the day I'm supposed to, they'll call me every single day like more than 4 times asking for their payment acting like I owe them money. I am going to change to the location on El cajon Blvd.

Usually when walking into a place of business your greeted with a hello good morning how may I help you followed by a smile. This morning when walking into Fred Loya, Beatriz E. De La Torre was working, she was the only one there. She didn't greet my father or my self didn't even give us a smile. While helping us she kept a face like she doesn't like what she does or like she didn't want to work. Pretty much my first experience there was not a good one would I go back ... most likely not. I just feel bad for my dad that has too endure them. Overall it was bad customer service.

Melissa was very helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable! Im glad i made the choice in stepping into her office on university because i did have a bad experience with the office on el cajon blvd and when i came to this office she made me feel more welcomed

Want to take the time to thank Merissa for helping me set up my car insurance.. she was very friendly and also very helpful.. it was my first time setting up insurance and she answerd all my questions and made me feel very comfortable! I was sent from el cajon blvd to this location and at first i had a bad experience with the el cajon blvd location and they sent me to the university office 10 mins before they were closing , i made it with 5 mins left and merissa stayed after hours to help me set up my policy! AGAIN Thanks Merissa at univeristy ! YOU ROCK!!!!!!

Unfortunately will have to cancel my insurance plan with Fred Loya due to an awkward and unprofessional conversation that was had with an employee after calling the 1800 554 0595 number on 8/3/18. I was purchasing a brand new 2019 vehicle and asked to have it added to my policy the male employee at Fred Loya refused to add my car to my policy even after I informed him that I had spoken to a female days before who gave me the quote of $89 to add the vehicle for this month. What he said did not make sense. He said that I would physically have to drive to a location and start a new policy and when I asked how I can drive a brand new car with no insurance to a location?!?! He refused even after the car sales man got on the phone. I logged online and got Geico within a matter of minutes! What is wrong with people? You don't want my money or business??? Bye

Do not get a policy with Fred Loya. I have been driving since I was 16 yrs old. No accidents. Good driver. My rates went up- the lady I was asking why said because of all the claims Fred Loya had to pay out. If you are a good driver don't get insurance here. When my policy ends in Dec will be going to Geico
