“Great fresh produce and plants. Nice add ons. Everything from Julian bakeries (bread and pies) and to local artisans (everything from jarred roasted bell peppers to homemade hummus, jams and sauces). They have it all at reasonable prices in a sikple, weather proof environment. The ultimate indoor, always open when convenient, farmers market. Love them!”
“The Fruit Stand has the best produce around! This place gets most of its fruit and vegetables from San Diego County so it is FRESH as fresh can be. Most of the products are organically grown or at least pesticide-free as well. Cheaper than a farmer's market and more variety.Some items they carry are: broccoli, lettuce, carrots, string beans, radishes, potatoes, strawberries, cilantro, cucumbers, raspberries, corn ears, apples, oranges, snap peas, avocados, onions, ginger, mangoes, pomegranate, passion fruit, guavas, spinach, eggs, blueberries, blackberries among many others.”
“Speacialty produce was nice. It was freezing in there and i wasnt dressed appropriately. They had a sign that read 'Welcome to Siberia'. I bought a few varieties of heirloom tomatoes..and that was the best part of my day. The bathroom was basic but clean.”

Wonderful lay- out, spacious aisles, well stocked items, well decorated.Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Suggest to increase categories of home groceries, include Tea and spices for local residents.
Customers' observation on closure of some check outs stations at afternoon, and the resultant delay effect on them should be resolved ASAP.”

Even when there are no advertised specials for items on my shopping list, I always find great deals on things that I can use. ALDI is a convenient and important local resource.”
