This place is awesome. They sent a tech out to me instead of having me come in, and he fixed my office chair in about 5 mins. They are extremely fair with pricing and very trustworthy. Will be recommending this place highly.

I was so nervous about my corporate move from san giego to irvine, but this moving company were amazing! They were very professional and organized. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently. I couldnt believe how stress free and hassle free the whole process was.

The level of first-class customer service at the Nancy Ridge location is unrivaled especially by Francisco! Such professional demeanor, articulated the repairs they would complete, included timeframes to be finished - the entire experience was exceptional. This business and people most importantly have high praise, and should be thanked multiple times over. I recommend the business to anyone in the high-end office furniture market!

My Embody chair pneumatic lift was starting to fail. Herman Miller has an amazing 12 year warranty and I had about 6 months left on it. Called GMBI and Francisco and James quickly dispatched Sal Morando to come out and replace it. He was very professional and efficient. Even tightened up my chair's arms for me. Couldn't be more pleased.

We have had excellent service from G/M. Our Aeron chair is old, and they have repaired it twice at our home, quickly and expertly, with no pressure to buy a new one. This is a wonderful way to do business! Can't recommend them enough.

Have been considering a Herman Miller Embody chair for over a year, decided to research some local reseller options because HM direct takes 10+ weeks to get the chair. GM Business Interiors has a showroom local to me so I emailed them and immediately received a reply with all the information I needed. Brittani was able to get me the chair I wanted the same day and even invited me to the showroom to try it out first. 10/10 customer service experience, highly recommend. will shop here for office needs in the future.

WOW! We just took our 22 year old Aeron chair to the G/M business to get a new seat installed but got SO much more! The people are super friendly, the showroom is immaculate, the chairs are the most comfortable and Francisco went more than the extra mile. My chair has new armrests, casters, cables, lumbar support and the seat (which was the only part I actually paid for). Herman Miller stands behind their product. In this day of chat rooms, the excellent personal service was delightful. Thumbs up to Kat and Jeneen for being super friendly and helpful.

So I believe this is the first review I have written on Yelp as I have not had a reason to do so until now. After working from home like many of us are right now I was using my Hermann Miller Aeron a lot more and noticed some annoying squeaks, looseness, and the pneumatic piston stuttering and not working. Herman Miller directed me to G/M Business Interiors as their official associate in the San Diego area. I connected with Brian who called me back in just a day and gave him the info of my chair. The very next day he was in my driveway working away and fixing everything in the chair, even things I didn't know were off. He was nice, courteous, on time, and knowledgable about everything Hermann Miller. He honored the warranty and I paid nothing for the amazing service. If you have any issues with your Aeron or I would say office chair in general I would stop reading this review right now and give them a call and ask for Brian. I am now writing this review from my sturdy and noiseless chair thanks to Brian!

While I did not buy a new product from G/M, I sure have to say that the service on an existing product (Herman Miller Aeron chair) by Bryan was above and beyond. My 20 year old chair works like new. This tells me buying products from this company will come with a big happy face.
