Dear Game Stop, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had today at your store. As a customer of Game Stop for quite some time now, and I have always appreciated the wide range of products and services you offer. However, today marked the fourth time I had to exchange a pre-owned PS4 controller due to defects, however I had warranty for this. It has been quite frustrating, as I expected better quality from Game Stop. To make matters worse, the employee who assisted me was extremely unprofessional and provided the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. PS: blonde guy Not only did he display a complete lack of control by throwing money on the counter, but he also used inappropriate language towards me, saying "now get fuck out here" after handing me the product. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I chose to shop at Game Stop because of your reputation as a leading company in the gaming industry. However, the service I received today was far from satisfactory and left a sour taste in my mouth. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I believe in the potential of Game Stop to provide exceptional customer service, and I hope that my feedback will contribute to improving the overall experience for all customers. Today I'm Givin 0ne star becouse customer service. On 10/13/23 I when to gamestop to preoder of mv3. The cashier was nice doing her job, got my game just have to wait till it's comes out. Anyway I saw the was a sale on the Xbox controller. I ask her about it and she showed me a couple. Doing her job sales.She showed me a yellow and a blue. So I told her I'll be back I'm interested in one of the controller.So today october 16th I decided to go back decided to get both controlsI got to the store different cashier she welcomes me and ask me. what she could help me with. I told her I was interest on some controller. She pointed out to the and I notice the were more color so I ask if I could see them. She told me, that she can't show them to me that if a what one I just pick and pay. But she took it out of the bag and demotraited to me.but she couldn't let me see the control so any way I just left the store I probably have to change of storeYou a going to lose customer with employees like that.

I have been to many Game Stops but never felt the need to leave a review behind but I have to say this one was deserving. Wayne was very knowledgeable, nice and efficient. He answered every question without hesitation and took his time to help me out throughout the store and the transaction. I would come back to this store just because how clean and organized it was and the excellent customer service!

Lady who works in the front needs an attitude adjustment. I walked in to sell my Xbox and was immediately given attitude and assured I would not be getting much money for it even though she had not even looked at the Xbox yet. I walk out after she only offered me $10 (Lmfao) and lady says to me that she didn't care and didn't want to help me out anyway because she didn't make commission off that. Quit taking your unhappiness with your employment out on other people

Stopped into GameStop today to get some Nintendo Switch games for young nephews. Neatly organized store with plenty of selection. Jeremy was the associate in the store and he was outgoing and friendly as we entered. He was helpful in pointing out where we could find what we were looking for and was efficient in checking us out. He treated all customers we saw with kindness and respect.

The girls that helped me were super cool and helped me get my new switch. But get this it’s a Pokémon switch I would not know that version existed until I was informed by the super smart workers. Traded in stuff and got Nintendo card and renewed my membership glad I choose to come to this GameStop.

Over priced. Won’t be coming back, this location says they don’t price match Pokémon cards. Other gamestops price match.
