We came in the store on a Sunday and the guy working there was very helpful and even gave us advice on the type of games my husband might like we appreciated his customer service.

I've gone in plenty of times and just get completely ignored, but it's still a good place to. I honestly haven't been there in a while, so maybe the greeter has.
