Carlos and his team at Glass & Window Solutions performed to perfection! I’m very pleased with the quality of the glass enclosure to my office and their customer service. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for glass work done at their home or business.

We redid our home and of all our contractors Carlos and his team were our favorite! Carlos and his team were so responsive to all of our glass needs we planned to redo fireplace glass with them but ended up doing all of our bathroom showers with them too. We are thrilled with all the work Carlos and Albert did, this group are perfectionists. The glass is super and their work is super high quality and competitively priced. I highly recommend this group!!

I would recommend this business if you need a window screen replaced. I did get quotes from a few mobile service companies, but the lowest had a minimum of $75. If I had more than one screen to fix, perhaps I would've opted for the mobile companies. But, since I'm a fan of saving as much money as I can, I went here instead. The shop is near the corner of Palm Ave. and 16th St. There was plenty of street parking in front of the store when I went in at around 10 on a Friday morning. I walked in and there was an associate helping another customer. She acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After a few minutes, she finished up with her customer and asked how she could help me. I showed her my window frame. She took measurements and quoted me a price. I only paid about a third of what the mobile companies wanted. She gave me a receipt and said that it would be ready in 1-3 days. I was in no hurry, so I was fine with that. I went on with my day and went home, but they ended up calling me at 2:30pm to say it was ready! Great service, and great price.

Carlos and his team saved the day when our gardener accidentally broke our sliding glass window. It was double-paned and not a standard size -of course. Another company came out on the weekend and said they could not do it as it was not a standard width. I was panicked! Not easy to find people available these days! Our handyman recommended Whattheglass.com. Carlos, the owner, had someone out same-day on Monday, who scraped off and cleaned up the broken glass so we could use our door again, and then measured and ordered a replacement. It came in on a Thursday and was installed professionally on Friday. Problem solved! These guys are great! Highly recommend!

They did a great job installing the glass. Competitive price and very timely with getting it installed. They were recommended from our tile guy and they turned out to be the best price. They were here for a couple hours to get it installed. They were not forceful in the sales process either which was amazing as I was expecting a hard sales pitch on the glass and service. Felt like they had my best interest at hand which is rare.
