Such a great exchange area. Walking in, it mirrored a Macys/Target/Century21 (store in East Coast) feel. I would shop here way more - if I lived closer and with my Navy friend. As many have mentioned, not everyone can access this place. I definitely liked their sunglasses/shades department - for the $5 glasses deals and assortment of styles. Definitely saw better deals in shoes, clothing, bags, etc. I'm one that loves to shop for a good deal. If it's not a deal I consider good, consider my wallet closed. They had a couple of amusing packets of things - like those gifts to make your life easier. The best thing? Everything is tax free. Humongous parking lot. Pretty clean.

Great selection. Tax free. Clean. Many helpful, hard working employees. A great go-to for all your essentials if you have access to military bases. It can be very crowded during the holidays and weekends but its worth toughing out the crowds for the great deals offered. On the weekends they will have vendors and even an asian rice burger food truck! Better than any mall experience.

For Fashion store: This is a great fashion store! It's a lot like Macy's, it has many clothes options, but the Shoe source isn't too high, it's limited, not as much as Kohls, or the Vans store. It has a small section for little kid's toys. It has a Mac shop inside, it has a good selection of perfumes, watches, and many other things. Not a single problem here. For Electronics, and Home store: Most of the stuff was moved from the Fashion store to the Home store, this place has all the electronics, it is like a Lowes, and a Best Buy in one. This also has medication, gardening, and many other things. There's many TVS, computers, game's and more! It's awesome. For Food Court: This food court has many restaurants, such as Subway, Starbucks, KFC, Rubios, Five Guys, Pizza Hut Express, Cold Stone, and Surf city squeeze Etc. The tables aren't clean every time though. For Pharmacy, and Gift shop: Usually the Pharmacy takes a while, but it'll get what you need. The gift shop has many stuff, it's worth checking out. For Barbershop: This Barbershop is the main one I visit, it's cheap, and it's fast. There is a TV in the waiting room, that hasn't been replaced for like 8 years, but what matters is the barbers. The barbers are GREAT! They know what they're doing. For Liquor: I came here today and it's huge just for a Liquor store, there's a walk in fridge, many options for your drinks. There is a section for drinks like Pepsi, Arizona tea, and many other stuff. In the front, there's junk food like chips, popcorn, candy etc. The service is great! I never found a problem here.

Review is for the pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous. It's like 3rd world, all these people standing or sitting around on the ground because there isn't enough seating, and we're all hoping for medication. There's an hour and a half wait average, last time I waited over 2.5. What on earth. If you don't have what it takes, shut down and remodel, this is NOT working. Plus it always stinks like sewer gas out here. A terrible experience every time.

This is a pretty awesome NEX. Somewhat comparable to the NEX in Norfolk if you've visited that one (although I would say Norfolk's NEX is a bit bigger and more put together). This NEX has an interesting set up due to the fact that it's broken into two separate parts. There is one store for Electronics and Furniture - this store also contains the cards and stationery, household items, GNC, personal care, make up (think drugstore), and etc. Then there is another store that is the NEX Fashion Store, which contains all clothing items, shoes, make-up (think Sephora/MAC), Navy pride, jewelry, food court, etc. This NEX is definitely awesome and has a very good selection of items. Of course the prices are pretty good and there's no tax charged. The employees can be hit or miss - I definitely wouldn't say that they're the most helpful or nice employees I've encountered, but they aren't usually intentionally rude or anything like that. Overall, 8/10, do recommend.

One of the largest if not the most extensive NEX's in America. The products offered are on par with any major retailer or online shop, no sales tax and free shipping on some smaller items make this NEX a pleasure to shop. Houseware department carries just about everything one would ever desire to create a food masterpiece. No problems with parking or security, it is a great pleasure shopping here.

Do not purchase jewelry from this place. While trying to return a ring that was in their possession to be sized, they would not refund my daughter's money. They stated that their return policy would not allow for a refund because the ring had been sized from a size 8 to an 8 1/2, but the store could not produce such policy in writing. Not to mention does a half size up in a ring prevent my daughter from getting a refund? The policy on the receipt states that merchandise can be returned within 45 days. It's simple sell the damn ring the size that it is! The people that work in the jewelry department act as if they own the NEX or something.

The fashion store at 32nd street. I had every intention to spend money on a nice Bullova or Tag watch but the sales personnel did not acknowledge my presence in their department as I stood shopping through the watch displays for almost 15 minutes. Their loss and I will never go back!

Oh WOW is this place ever huge! We've been at some large NEX and this one is right up there with the rest. The prices are amazing (of course) and variety huge. One building covers fashion items for men and women plus jewelry. A separate building is for electronics, furniture and garden supply. There are so many things to check out. We loved checking out the prices and walking through the aisles. What fun for sure!!

Purchase 2 items online because they're on sale but the pair of Jordan shoes which is one of the item I purchased wasn't shipped. Contacted customer service and said the item was returned and will issue a refund. Requested for replacement but they said it's out of stock. They should have told me it's out of stock prior to purchase and should have issued me the current actual price refund instead of the sale price if I decided to buy a replacement from other store. Very poor customer service to those who serve the country. I am very disappointed!

Stop by Nex Optical at 32nd St to replace my broken eye glass lenses, I cannot do it myself bc it is made of glass, afraid that I might break it, a gentleman (he work in small room) explain it to me that the frame have to be heated a little bit just enough to remove and replace the lenses. He just did it for me and get this for free plus a through cleaning and all of it for free. Thank you This is a wonderful day to shake his hand 9/28/18
