I usually don’t write reviews. But he pushed me to write one. So I went to the store today. Person behind the counter mentioned he didn’t have the supplement I was looking for. So he suggested some other brand product and then I asked few questions about it. Then I decided not to buy. So he suddenly becomes very edge why you don’t want to buy. So I explained him.BUT HE KEEPS ARGUING IN AN ANGER TONE AND KEEP ASKING WHY YOU ARE NOT BUYING AND OTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCTAND NOT LETTING ME LEAVE THE STORE AND KEEPS THROWING QUESTIONS ON ME AGAIN AND AGAIN. AND SAID YOU WAISTED MY TIME MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. (This is my first time I have experienced such a short temper person behind the counter.)Higher management should take some actions on his behavior. This is not at all appropriate(very extreme)

There's only one person I trust in taking supplements and that is Sylvia here at GNC. she really knows what she is recommending because obviously we have to know what we're putting in our bodies right? Please go to her and she will help you. Never disappointed!! Thank you Sylvia

Jonathan did a great job recommending products to me. I came in looking for protein, pre workout, and creatine. I left with 3 products that ended up being exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this GNC location!

Not being honest with customer, likely a scam. I ordered via GNC official website and chosed to pick up in this location. The lady rejected my order and said she would not honor the price that GNC official website offered me. I will file BBB complain and recommend you stay away from such a dishonest store.

Product is about to expire and the service sucks. They set their own prices and I'm talking 30% increase from what you'd pay at other GNC's and don't honor any online discounts or price matching so don't even go on the gnc website for information if your coming to this location. From my experience Silvia cares more about her personal phone calls while working than the actual customers who are bringing business. If you have questions or even bring up anything with GNC online her excuse is we are a franchise and completely blows you off. Ok you represent GNC though or not. In my opinion take your hard earned money, business and dignity somewhere else.

I love this store…Szilvia the lady behind the counter is very knowledgeable and helpful…every time I had any question about supplements she helped me and pointed me in the right direction. I couldn’t be more satisfied with her recommendations. I highly recommend this store!

I've been to many GNCs before and thought they were all relatively the same and regular but this location is now my new favorite! The staff is extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Their inventory seems to always be stocked, well organized and offers plenty of options.

Has nothing yo do with the actual store but the lady working tonight 9/8/22 is rude and disrespectful yelling at a lady getting in her face outside the store. She has no right doing so.

I've never had such a poor experience at a supplement/fitness-oriented store before, and this was definitely something I didn't expect. I'm relatively new to using different protein powders and pre-workouts during my routines but came in wanting to look around. The older lady that was working asked if I needed help finding anything and I responded "no, just looking around." A few minutes later as I was looking at some pre-workout I was hit with "you have no idea what you're looking at, do you?" Normally if this was in a friendly joking manner and guidance on what to look for afterward I'd be fine with it, but she was dead serious and even seemed annoyed I was there in the first place. I responded "no, but" and was cut off by her aggressively telling me that I should just let her help me. I quickly left and bought what I was looking at down in the Kearny Mesa area instead and after talking to one of my friends about it, it looks like it's not the first time she's been rude to customers.

Decided to go here instead of ordering online just to make things convenient. I will never come to this location or any other GNC location again. My fiancé actually was running errands and offered to stop in for me. Once walking up to the counter to check out, she was greeted by a female employee, who asked judgingly "Are these products for you..."To avoid furthering the conversation my fiance let her know, they were indeed not for her, and for me. The employee then decided to rant about how the products I had chosen are "not good" and are "just going to keep making him lose weight" Which is literally the point of the product I chose...The employee continued to rant until pushing another product on us and sending us home with a sample, and continuing to bash the product we selected.Word of advice: If someone comes to your store and spends money... Don't tell them to not purchase said products from your store. Chances are, you come off as rude, you also don't appear to know what you're talking about, AND you lose a customer, while the brand you bash, keeps one.
