Was given a free drink with my purchase however was given NO Warning that it was a pre-workout that can cause anaphalic shock due to the high level of caffeine and some of its ingredients. HAD TO SPEND ALL DAY YESTERDAY AT THE HOSPITAL AND IT COULD'VE BEEN A LOT WORSE!

This place suck guy is in there lights on taking a lunch break 730 and they close at 8. Make that make sense. I won't be back at this GNC.

This place must be shutting down. There is a sign saying, “ out on lunch.” It’s 20 minutes until closing. You shouldn’t be at lunch at that time. There is clearly an employee inside as well on this day. Don’t waste your time. Go to a different store.

Sign up for routine items and never received most of them. Was coutinous billed. Found out my mailing address was inputted wrong. I did not receive most of the refund so ended my membership of 20 years. Will not shop here again.

Waited outside for 20 minutes and never opened. It's 5:30 pm this store should not be closed. Dude inside practically blew me off and just said 30 minutes with hand signs.

I’ve been waiting for a while for the store to reopen from the break and it never opened on the time it said it will be open. I saw at least 20 people past by wanting to enter. This unsat poor customer service!

Store always closed during business hours. Was supposed to be open until 8. All lights were on but door is locked and open sign is off at 6:30

Scheduled to be open until 8pm , I'm here at 6:45pm and lights are on with nobody inside and door locked.. Atleast update your schedule or something , me and two other customers in a matter of 5 min showed up only to have to leave. We come out of our way to get what we need, after work being the only time, only to come to a gnc that's closed when it shouldn't be. It's like rolling the dice whenever I come here.

Door locked during working hours and all of the light are on nobody there. Wow. I've never seen anything like this at a franchise.
