Some good items. You have to search to find decently priced stuff.

So gross. I used to shop here often but they charge more than eBay for stuff they get for free. Don't ever shop here at least for the sake of doing goodwill.

It’s not the worst goodwill overall, but the cashiers aren’t very accurate so pay attention if you care about what you’re being charged. One of the books I got was a kids book which is supposed to be 59 cents. I pointed it out when the cashier rang it up and she said it was an adult book so it was $1.99, and it’s published by a Disney publisher, and is recommended for 9-12; by what definition is that not a child? It’s just aggravating for someone who is 100% incorrect to flat out contradict you and charge you almost 4x what you were expecting while doing it.

I found a tote for $6.99 and the cashier Lidiia said they've made a mistake she ran to the bad and came back with the tote being $12.99 I asked her why and she kept saying that someone made a mistake. I ended up leaving it absolutely ridiculous.

Goodwill is a greedy establishment who claims to strengthen their communities when they solely want money. What is the purpose of rushing to change a price to a higher amount when you have JUST opened? first claiming “someone made a mistake” then claiming “someone changed the price” and finally stating “it’s because of the brand”. It’s clearly out of spite on the cashier’s part (your paycheck gains nothing from doing so btw) and greed on the establishment’s part.

I have visited this store several times and have found some good items. I would say that the toys and books are very inexpensive, however, the clothing is a bit expensive considering the fact that you could get new clothes at other stores for the same price or less, nevertheless I recommend shopping here if you want to find unique pieces. As for the the donating process, it is fairly easy, but I will say some of the employees working there are a bit rude. I just donated some things earlier today and the older lady that helped me was very negative and seemed bothered by every question I asked, she definitely needs to be more nice because her attitude discourages people from going there.

I've been thrifting my whole life and prices have been pretty chill the last 20 years, but suddenly corporations have an interest in profiting off used clothing as public interest is geared more towards climate change mitigation and being less wasteful in general. In response, corporations seem to have doubled or tripled prices to get in on the profits. The days of reasonable prices are long gone. Expect to pay $9 per shirt (!!!!!!) and anything name brand will be $$$$ It appears as if goodwill is happily charging expensive prices for used clothing that they don't wash or inspect for damage. if I wanted to pay these prices for clothing I'd pay full retail price or go to Nordstrom Rack. There are other used clothing retailers in the area with exceptional or standard pricing.PROS:-organized by color and size-Name brand selectionCONS:-employees were rude and unapproachable-was asked to move multiple times while actively shopping racks to allow the salesperson to move what I was looking through to place an item in that space. Your employees should wait until a customer has moved Instead of barging into their shopping zone. This is basic retail customer service and for the prices you're charging that should be a minimal expectation.Would not recommend based on pricing alone. In general it seems goodwill is raising prices but I wonder if they've raised their employees wages to compensate too? Or are they increasing their "donations" to communities in need? Just some things to ponder as you support these businesses.

Been in and out of this place thru the entire Covid era, because I have gotten rid of a lot of things in my house, I came here to donate them, sometimes checking to see if they have anything worth buying, I am too familiar with the concept of Goodwill, yet this place was rather too small comparing to some others I had gone to, plus they located in a low income area, most the stuffs I found in this store are junk which I have no use for; another disadvantage they have is their parking lot, the spaces are so limited, they even got people doing laundry next door took their spots all the time, how crazy is that; my suggestion is to do drop off only if you happen to come here, maybe this is the closest Goodwill near you, but there's nothing to shop inside.

Fair selection. Kept clean. Overwhelmingly clothes and a gradually shrinking housewares section. The cookware section used to be a treasure trove, but has slid into a whisper of what it once was. Prices are mostly good, but sometimes things are priced as it more expensive than new.
