i called to make sure they were accepting furniture at this location and they said yes on the phone. however, when i got there, the grumpy old dude said he wanted to “pass” on the furniture without looking at it. i told him they said on the phone that the furniture would be accepted and he said it needed to pass his inspection. his inspection consisted of shaking a table and not looking at any of the other furniture. i would give this zero stars if i could but i have to give one. he did earn the one star for directing us to a place where they would actually even look at the furniture. bridgethrift gets five stars. i’m not sure if the truck was full and he just needs customer service training or if he was really that lazy. he offered no communication as to why it was being rejected other than he just was going to “have to pass”. the furniture was in perfect condition, which he would have seen if he actually inspected it.

They do such a great job on both ends. Receiving donated goods then displaying things so nicely on the retail end.

It’s a cool Goodwill, but not really that many finds. Prices are also a little bit higher than I would imagine but its cool

Never thought I’d be reviewing a Goodwill store but I am. This place rocks. Good location and easy drop-off for large items (like a desk) and a big store. Plus there’s the added double bonus of nice people who are also doing good for the community. Bless you guys & gals!

Goodwill is getting beyond greedy with there prices. I can go to a retail store and get something cheaper that’s brand new. I understand we go there for rare or vintage items but when they are selling items for more than they are worth is disturbing. I went 2 days ago and bought a dress that had the original tag for 8.99$ and good will put there tag for 15.99$ ….. left the original tag on there! I was shocked. Tried to buy a plate set that was pretty and they were asking 199.99$ two hundred dollars is ridiculous for this company that gets second hand stuff for free. The company is getting ridiculously greedy

I just got back from attempting to donate some things at 7:40 am. I was in the area and had some bags I was going to donate in my car so I decided to go to goodwill. I checked what hours they were open for donations and it said they opened at 10 am. In the past couple days I’ve visited goodwill 3 different times to donate hundreds of items each time. This time was no different but they weren’t open so I decided I would just leave it outside. I was not aware this was not legal. If I did I would not have done it. However I pull up and leave the bags near where they always have the stand. Some lady pulls up in a car screaming at me that I’m dumping. I say excuse me? She continues yelling so I go near her and she’s recording me on her phone still yelling. She says there’s a sign that I can’t do that and I’m on camera and points to the goodwill security. I ask her where the sign is and she’s screaming that it’s on that wall. I move over and see it, the way I pulled in was around the corner and the signs were on the wall easily missable if you’re pulling in how I did. There were no signs near where I left the stuff so that’s why I didn’t see them. I apologize and say I didn’t know no worries I’ll get the stuff back and come during hours. She continues saying things to me while I get the bags and doesn’t stop. I get the bags and put them in my car and she still is recording me saying things talking about she’s an employee and I’m the third person to do this today but in a rude tone. She yells that employees that are getting in trouble for ‘all of us dumping’ I tell her you could’ve been nicer you know that was so rude. I would’ve had no problem picking the bags up even coming up to me and saying hey excuse me you can’t do that and explained. Instead this employee came up to me screaming with a camera in my face saying I’m committing a crime this and that. I’m feeling so harassed and just sad now because I didn’t know and I apologized my mistake and owned up to it but she was still acting crazy. This should not be how an employee is treating people. Even though I told her no worries I got everything I’ll donate that another store.. she keeps saying don’t worry I have everything on camera. She kept recording till I drove off. My question is if goodwill can have employees on the lookout to see if people are ‘dumping’ why can’t there be an employee that is working there early morning / late night even to collect pick ups to avoid this? Now I don’t know if the employee took it to the next step and is doing this on her own or if she was told by management to do this. Either way after this experience I never want to donate again at goodwill even during operating hours because I feel so harassed, embarrassed, degraded and just honestly hurt that me doing what I thought was a good dead left me in tears.. I get I made a mistake but still she could have been nicer. Anyways if you’re thinking of donating to a goodwill and can’t make it during their operating hours think of going elsewhere to avoid this. This is her vehicle

If I could leave a negative review I would. I have been donating hundreds of items to goodwill (not worth capitalization) over decades and the last few times I've been daunted by employees. Saturday was the worst, an employee absolutely humiliated and degraded me to others waiting in line and employees, i dropped off what I thought was a really nice window and screen for a house to garage door only to be told my item was junk and proceeded to hold my window up for all to see laughing and saying" look at this guy treating us like this a junk yard" laughing loudly. Unbelievable. I did not leave the rest of my items with him and goodwill. Ended up going to The Salvation Army on Governor Dr. I have purchased many items from the goodwill app and I have since uninstalled their app. I WILL NEVER EVER DONATE TO OR PURCHASE FROM goodwill AGAIN. I will seek compensation from management.

Nice stuff, but the highest priced Goodwill store I have been to. Books and puzzles were well priced especially. Jeans were $16.99. I can buy new right down the street at Marshall's for that price.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE PLACE!!
It’s a second hand thrift store! I found this teapot set I’ve been wanting to buy. And it annoys me that someone prices this stuff extremely high. And it’s just THIS goodwill because I’ve been at other ones and I can definitely buy some well branded stuff with out hurting my wallet! TAKE A LOOK THE DATES. I WOULD AT LEAST EXPECT A PRICE DROP AT THIS POINT TF!
