I don't enjoy shopping at this Gucci store in Fashion Valley at all. They don't let you think! I recently went in to get some shoes. had a salesperson put so much in my face - "have you seen these? " and you can put these with jeans"... wear these with this" it was too much. When I asked her to please just bring out the shoes I came in actually wanting to buy - they didn't fit - I needed a different size, which was fine, but she just kept talking and talking about alllllll the other shoes she wanted to show me. I was just too overwhelmed to shop with her at all. I also wanted a new belt - but she was a buzz kill - so I just said "forget it." I left and went over to Neiman Marcus to get the shoes I wanted.

It's wild to me that they are charging 25 dollars for an extra hole on your belt.

GABBY WAS AMAZING!! My first bag...wallet and shoes...I was so stressed on my decision and she was very patient and super knowledgeable...for me it was a big spend and I wanted to get it right...Gabby put in the extra work with ease making my purchase a fabulously memorable event...look no further than Gabby! We had an amazing experience with Sarah! My husband and I were just browsing and weren’t supposed to make any purchases but we both walked out with two items each. Sarah was so patient with us when we thought we were done shopping but then saw something else we liked. She was amazing at recommendations and went above and beyond. Very happy with our purchase and experience at Fashion Valley. Thank you Sarah!

Josielyn was absolutely amazing! I’m from out of town and she made the experience so easy and exciting. She has extensive knowledge on the designer history and was very helpful when questions came up. Highly recommend her if you are in search of a new Gucci bag in San Diego!

We had a gift that wanted to exchange, and we were treated like some kind of theifs, lol. The guy followed us every step to check on us. They really judge you based on how you look. Awful experience. I wish they were nicer ?

Disappointed in Gucci... I recently received a watch as a gift, however it was a little too big on the wrist. I took it into Gucci to remove a few links. However they told me because I didn't have the receipt they couldn't help me. I tried explaining that it was a gift and it would be rude for me to text the person and ask for the receipt. They basically told me that they can't help me in that case. They told me that they can't take it in case the break it then they would have to replace it... ummm you guys are supposed to be the professionals how would you break it! It's weird Gucci doesn't stand by their products... I had similar experience with Cartier, except they helped me out in matter of minutes no questions asked!

Employees don't acknowledge youI went for a pickup and it took the third employee who had been busy to acknowledge me when I asked him for a manager and that due too por service I would do a return he just brought the items said he could process the return and never brought the manager. I asked him to get me the manager again.They don't care to loose a sale because it is not theirs

6/10/2023 morning staff was awesome very professional and helpful I was nervous because of the reviews online but my experience was awesome in contrast to my experience at the Victoria Secrets prior. Thank you for changing my day positively!

Lots of beautiful products in stock, zero wait time. However, the entire staff team were extremely condescending and rude. The "security guard" and cashier wouldn't even make eye contact after I said hello. I ordered my Gucci Oura ring online and chose to pick it up at Fashion Valley. The rep I talked to (Noah, from Manhattan store) was so personable, helpful and sweet on the phone. The service woman who "helped" me barely said hello, didn't ask if I was satisfied with my purchase and, not to be petty, but it didn't even come wrapped like all previous purchases have. I'd recommend ordering online/through the phone and have it delivered straight to your house.

I went in today to exchange a pair of shoes that were too big for me. Upon arrival, Meghan was beyond helpful in the exchange process. She helped me find the perfect fit, and I'm so excited for my new loafers! I am excited to return thanks to her customer service!

I brought in my Gucci-Oura ring under warranty, after wearing it for only a month the gold Gucci emblem fell off. I brought it in and they kept it for repair. That was about a year ago! Then they tell me they can't fix it! The service rep didn't even have a clue. Now they're saying they have to talk to the service dept., wherever that is, in Italy? I told them either give me a new ring or a refund but somehow they're fresh out of rings so I requested a refund. How long will that take? One year, two years? What if you took your car in for repair and they waited a year to tell you they couldn't do it.
