“I can’t speak for the others with bad reviews/experiences, but I’ve been here 3 times now and every visit has gone smoothly without any notable issues/problems. I’ve gone here to get my FSC and to rent a lane. All the RSO’s or workers I’ve encountered so far have treated me fairly, so I don’t really have anything to complain about there. All I would recommend is if you’re trying to rent a lane here, if you can, try to get there at least 1-2 hours before the range closes. I got there around 5 pm today, and by the time I was done at 6:10 pm, the range was packed and there was at least like 5 other parties/shooters waiting to get a lane.”
“I haven’t shopped at LAX Ammo San Diego yet, but my first interaction with the owner, William, really impressed me. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent customer service before even stepping foot in the store.
All I can say is wow. I’m looking forward to buying all my ammo from this shop in the future. I live in Fallbrook, but I know it will be worth the drive.”
“I wanna give a huge shout out to the royal loan and pawnshop family very nice people always there to help. Very knowledgeable on everything thats in there. always there there to help. I will recommend this pawnshop to anyone that’s looking for anything to buy.. and very special thanks to Talana!!”
“I came in on Friday and it was insanely busy. I was attended to in a timely manner and the customer service was good, they workers were polite and overall conveyed a good vibe. I was looking for a 9mm handgun and didn't like the prices here. Despite it being called a discount store, the guns here are very selectively discounted. I noticed that another nearby gun store offered what I wanted for less.”
“It's a nice gun store. They run out of stock on some things so for that I gotta remove one star. But I love going here. I wish the shelves were a little higher and more lights on some supply spots of the store since I'm getting old, I can't always see the products. So sometimes I buy the wrong size cleaning items. But that's my problem. I just can't get down that low and a couple of the isles appear to be dark to me.”
“I went to a bunch of different gun stores today. Socal guns was hands down the most helpful and most knowledgeable. They don't make you feel stupid. The main guy (I think asian guy) is the best! He goes out of his way to make sure you got everything you need. I'll be buying another hand gun there next month. Thanks again guys.”
“I am highly impressed by this establishment; the exceptional customer service I received upon arrival, coupled with Greg's comprehensive assistance and friendly demeanor, contradicts the negative reviews. I wholeheartedly recommend this pawnshop for its services.”

“This is the best store that I’ve ever been in. I’ve never experienced something like this before. I also think that I’m in love with the employee named Denise, who works the counter sometimes. Amazing hair.”

“This was my son's first gun purchase, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience at San Diego Guns!
When we walked in, we were greeted by Kristy, who immediately made us feel welcome. She asked my son what he was looking for, and he had already decided that he wanted a Beretta M9. Kristy took the time to show him the available options, answer all of his questions, and help him choose something he was very happy with. He ultimately ended up purchasing a second and third firearm as well, and he's now determined to build an even bigger collection.
Kristy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind. It was clear that she knew her products and genuinely cared about making sure my son had a positive experience.
Ownership should be proud to have someone like Kristy representing San Diego Guns. She is a tremendous asset to the business and made his first experience comfortable and enjoyable.
San Diego Guns will definitely be our go-to store in the future.
Thank you so much, Kristy and San Diego Guns
