I had some serious hesitation this was going to work out.
My wife ordered a cabinet for our living room from WayFair. A hinge broke after the short warranty period. She called them and they gave us a generic, “not our problem” response and said it’s just a standard hinge, go to HomeDepot…lol cool. I googled “what kind of hinge is this?” This business popped up. Super responsive, and unbelievably helpful. I still seriously doubted it would work. They helped me identify the hinge and we received it within 3-5 days. It WORKED! Mind you we tried 3 other “standard” hinges. Now we will replace the others because they are far superior. Thank you!!

Don’t order online if you wanna get screwed by not getting a refund. Said there was a scratch on the lock we retuned now they are keeping the lock and going to “discard” it and we get no money back. Just buy it on Amazon

I was struggling locally to find the right replacement for a broken hinge and stumbled upon Hardware Source online. Fantastic service and a perfect match! Easy online inquiry--upload 3 pics (door closed, door open, and close up of hinge) and add any description/comments. I added the brand name and number stamped on the hinge body. Received the reply with recommended replacement the next business day. Ordered and received 3 days later. Perfect fit and we're good to go! Very impressive.

This product is listed as steelHowever it appears to be "cast"steel. Not the same as solid steel. The mounting plate broke in two with less weight as indicated in their specs.
