Went in looking for a nut for my phone car mount and got helped as soon as I came in! Double checked the bolt to make sure it fit through the nut and handle as well!

They are on lock down so had to call in the order and they brought it out to my vehicle. Staff was very friendly and the order was spot on.

They were super nice and very helpful! After trying multiple places with no luck I found what I was looking for at Hayes.They do however have a $25 minimum.

I was quite suprised, the outside had me second guessing, but the store is a hidden gem. They double checked to make sure sizes were correct and once they gathered all the bolts they labeled the bags with the size, type and my name! They were super polite, multiple people asked if I had been assisted to make sure I wasn't waiting. Without a doubt a great place!

Hayes Bolt and Supply is fantastic! I was impressed upon entering this little hidden gem upon entrance. I was greeted instantaneously by everyone in the store and smiling faces. A young women addressed my concerns without hesitation and then within 2 minutes Craig Kozeluh solved my problem, it was literally that easy. Stores like this are hard to come by, keep it up guys!

These guys are super knowledgeable and friendly. I came in needing assistance with an application and they came up with an ideal solution I had overlooked. The price point was cheap as well. I will be back for my next project!
