Closed, closed, closed.Went from airport to here to avoid airport congestion. My confirmation number and location details brought me here......and it isn't here. We found the new location (which is not on the map) and they didn't have the car I rented.

Awful service realy bud attended first was a guy who was attending me he was okay he has the car ready for me than he went to lunch brake the female who replace him give my car to other client and he say to me there is no more cars and she return my driver licence over that in the morning there where no car i spend more than two houres for nating after that I call interprice there interprice not problem at all

Absolutely terrible experience. Came to California for a military even and the car broke down on us. We couldn’t make the event we came for and spent most of the day waiting for a car rental. They don’t treat veterans with respect.

This is definitely my preferred Hertz rental location. The team has always been very helpful and accommodating making the rental process super easy.

My husband and I (President’s Circle Elite member) booked a reservation to pick up a car from Hertz for our official work. When we arrived, they informed us that they are not able to associate CDW that my employer offers with our reservation. For this reason, we were told that either we have to pay extra to get insurance from hertz or get our own insurance. Anyways, we got the car. While returning, we went to the same location (from where we picked up) to return the car. After reaching, we found a paper stuck to the door of the hertz location mentioning that they have moved offices and we should return to the different location -which was more than 2 miles down the road. We were not communicated anything regarding this change of location. We were more than disappointed with this service and will not be picking up cars from this location again.

Reserved a car there at Priceline.com. Came and they told me they have no cars to give me. This is disrespectful and unacceptable. I suggest not to rent cars there.

If you want to be discriminated against then go to this location. I came in with my brother's wife yesterday's who is pregnant and has a baby. I came to translate because she doesn't speak English. The night before I called and I spoke to an employee who said you can get a discount through your car insurance but when I went into the store, the guy that's working in the middle register(Darker complexion) he said that we cannot renew our contract with the car insurance even though she already was renting the car for two months through the insurance. Also the person I spoke to the night before said if we bring a comparison price hertz will honor that price. this guy refused to honor that then we agreed that we will just pay the full price cause it is not worth arguing with him. He then went on to say that she did not have any money in her card, even though she did my sister-in-law had to come the next day and then they gave the car. He told her I didn't want to give you the car yesterday because I thought you were not renting it for yourself. This is complete discrimination to not rent to her when she has the money, then charging her more than she needs to pay, she's pregnant and should be treated better than this but all he did was discriminate against us. My brother came to help his wife and reserve a car at five. He said that the last transaction is at 4:55 so if that is the case, then why does the website let you reserve at five? He was just making rules to not give us service because he's discriminating against her. I am just sad because she's pregnant and has a baby with her I came to help and this is the kind of service we got the last time we came. The guy to the right of him was very nice to us. Did not charge us more and made us feel comfortable. Please keep people like him around who do not discriminate And act like we don't have money in our card when we do and charge us more just because she can't speak English. I just wanted her to be treated fairly. I was there for moral support not to get the car for myself as he assumed. It is not his job to play detective and assume about our situation.

Picked up a car here for our vacation in San Diego. This location was close to our hotel and had way better prices than anything else around. It was so well priced we even upgraded to a Tesla for the week just for the fun of it. Nick checked us in and was very friendly and quick. He pulled the Tesla around and offered to run it through the car wash again since it gone a little rain the night before. I didn't catch his name, but the assistant who brought it back after the car wash was the same one who dropped my husband back off at the hotel at the end of our stay. He was also very friendly! The car was well maintained and clean. The location was very clean, bright, and easy to get to.

No place to park my car legally. Otherwise it was fine. Got a good rate for eight days rental and received an upgrade since they didn't have the car I requested. Staff was friendly, office and bathroom were clean.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent rental experience, which took place on 7/21 at your San Diego location, and I returned the car to World Resort in Las Vegas on 7/22.The drop-off process was chaotic due to an unclear address, resulting in a 30-minute delay to locate the correct entrance in the multistory garage. Additionally, there was no agent present, forcing me to leave the keys in the box and pay a $10 parking ticket to avoid missing my flight.Moreover, I received a $100 charge on my bill despite upgrading to a large sedan, only to receive a mid-size, noisy, and shaky Mazda. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Car was full of gas yet got charged $28 and didn't know until I got the bill via email. They wanted gas receipt to prove I gassed up. I want them to show me their receipt for the $28.
