Have not received anything! I ordered over $625 from here between two orders. One in august of 2023 and one in Jan of 2024. It is currently mid march of 2024. I do not have my locks. I have not received any emails besides the initial "Thank you for your purchase". Each time I call they say it will be shipped in about a month (from the date of calling) which is never true. No communication and bad customer service. I've never left a bad review so I hate to post this but this is so disappointing for such a big company to be this far behind on orders and not communicate that/compensate for it.

VERY frustrating customer service. Despite contacting them via email and phone calls over 6 times since 9 October 2023, I have yet to receive any feedback regarding my order. It is weeks overdue. I understand that things happen, but non-responsiveness in a business is quite poor.

I ordered four MasterLock 1525s for personal use back in 2003. Shipping was decently fast. Ordering the passkeys separately was difficult back then...hopefully it has improved in more recent times.

I manage a large campus that treats abused and neglected children. We are able to order padlocks that match keys we are already using. We always receive excellent service and top quality locks. I will continue to use The Lock People for our needs.

Do not bring your business here, do not apply here. They do not truly stand for true customer service, integrity, and treating their employees fairly. I was condemned for standing up for what was right and they tried to write it off like I was the problem. They just want to turn a blind eye and not even listen to what their employees are trying to say. Do yourself a favor, keep on scrolling.
