The main reason for the score 5 extremely likely, The service was excellent! The Tax preparer by the name of Dennis Horan, greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. I felt very welcomed, He was professional and to the point. Hopefully he will be at this Imperial Beach, CA location next year!
