It was nice not to have to go into the city and deal with the traffic and parking. I opted to order on line and have it delivered for an extra 20 bucks. This rug is heavy so it was totally worth it. It’s is rustic and sturdy, totally fits my style. Ordered on Wednesday was here by Friday noon!

We came here to specifically look for shelves for my son and cabinets for our house. Took photos of pieces we were interested in for future consideration. There was some renovation going on at the time, so some of the areas were in disarray. No luck on finding any shelves for our son.The store was so crowded and full of the most rudest people we've ever encountered. Trying to find help was near impossible since we did have some questions. However, we did find an employee who said he would return but failed after 15 minutes. We gave up and we were ready to leave. Unfortunately, we left empty-handed. Perhaps we need to return in a week day.

While I absolutely love the ikea experience, I'm disappointed that literally the last 4 times I've come here, (specifically to dine), I have not been able to get the famous meatballs! This is over the course of a year, I'd say. One time they were remodeling, one time they had just closed the restaurant at the end of the day and I arrived too late, another time they didn't have regular meatballs-only vegan and veggie options. I honestly couldn't tell you which was which, (both surprisingly delicious by the way). And today was no different! I went in, and they only had cold food available from their little fridge section...something about not being able to use the heated food equipment? I don't know. And maybe I really do have the worst luck. But how can it be that the last 4 times I've been here-in a year, I can't get my freaking meatballs :( I know I can buy them frozen, but what I want is to eat my meatballs at ikea, then do my shopping! Is that too much to ask ? :( I wonder if I really have the worst luck or if this is a common occurrence, because really, what are the odds! Anyway, I still ended up buying some cute rugs in the shape of a rainbow and another with succulents on it. Only $10 by the way! But what I really wanted was my meatballs :(

Not a regular customer because it is a drive from our place; but when we go, we are always thrilled and never leave empty handed. Loved the showroom style. One gets ideas on how each piece of furniture fitting together. Pick up the desired items at the self-serve aisles and bring home to play with the new toys by putting them together.Before leaving, we always stop at the cafe or food section to bring home some yummy meatballs or herring.Ample of parking.

Slow as a sloth on returns.You go to the first floor for returns. You scan the QR code or the kiosk: fast.Login your deets: fastYou even know your place in line. Your first name and last initial will appear on the monitor on the higher wall.You'll see 3 seconds away next to your name. No wait time at all.Cool that is faaass...Then you'll see 2 minutes, 4 minutes, even freakin' 25 minutes!!Then you are called.I even completed the suggested link sent via text to expedite the exchange. I scanned my receipt, put in the order # and was ready to expedite my return. The rep was totally confused about this process. Said he never seen it.Seems like IKEA has some training to do.And trust me, this was no employee shortage. There were three reps. I was number three in line and it took 25 minutes. Do not get misled and think your return will be fast. Naaaaw!And yes, I'll shop here again. I'll just try to be certain about the purchase."Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly."
