This place was amazing. The materials offered were top quality and the service was spectacular. I had mixed feelings about my idea for my wedding suit but Reuben was such a key factor in helping make my final decisions. His service and advice was really appreciated and he made sure to allow space for me to think on the different options he suggested to bring the full suit to completion. I can't wait for the suit to come in and I get to try it on!

Wonderful place to have custom suits. Buying a suite has become dream to me because premade does not fit me. Lucky to find a place where you can get some custom suits. Went there without any appointment looked at few suits and ended up ordering one. Very friendly staff with very professional attire. They have lots of collection. I needed size beyond 44, so this place they go beyond that size. Made an appointment to get measured. Looking forward to keep the appointment and proceed with the order.

I went to Indochino at UTC La Jolla on Black Friday to get a custom-made tuxedo for an upcoming wedding. The staff were super helpful and helping me pick out the materials and style of the suit. It was top notch service and I highly recommend Indochino and specifically this location if you ever need a custom suit.

Ruben and Siobhan helped me get a great tuxedo for a great price, with an extra discount at checkout. I have bought 2 suits from indochino in the past and only had to make a slight adjustment on the pants this time. Looking forward to receiving it!

The gentleman that helped the party of 5 that day was an absolute professional. Not only was he helping us there was several other people that showed up. He was out number be remained calm and cool. Once his helped showed up he was able to focus on the group. Get us measured and get us out. Be needs to be recognized and rewarded for his professionalism

Terrible customer service. We came in for an hour wedding appointment which included measurements and they said they couldn't measure me because it was a busy Black Friday weekend. There was only me and one other client in the store. I asked what the point of the appointment was and the gentleman looked flustered. He said he spoke with his manager who confirmed not to do measurements. After ten minutes of being frustrated I left the store and ended up going to Alton Lane and was welcomed by them.

Still don't have my suits after multiple rounds of fitting, shipping and alterations. Michael was the best person to work with personally but by the time he got a chance I was burned out on the process. It takes 1 hour for sizing, 10-20 days for them to make it, 4-7 days for it to make it to your house, another hour for final fitting then 10 business days for alterations. I did this THREE times and still no suits worked out for me. Started September 9th with this process an it's the end of November and I don't have my product. I spent 1600 total. Ended up asking my bank for a reversal and Indochino provided an outdated tracking to get the money back from the bank. So now I don't have the money or the suits that I paid for. All out of options. If you get to work with Michael he will probably get it done right the first time. Otherwise just go to a good local tailor or maybe SuitSupply.

From start to finish, the experience at Indochino has been nothing but a disaster. Ordered suit June 16 for an upcoming wedding in Oct 14. End result: receive all but 1 of the necessary items for the wedding. With close to 4 months lead time, I did not receive all required items for my wedding causing me unnecessary stress and headache to finding the remaining item for the wedding. To this day, I still don't have the last item(undershirt) from the company(Oct 20,2023) where I have requested a refund from the company of $99.xx.Going in order of dates:Ordered suit on June 16,2023 - Waited 10 minutes before anyone came and offered me any service. I had an appointment as well for suit fitting and setting up the order. There was no other customers so it was strange why I had to wait over 10 minutes. It was also unprofessional as the employees were arguing among themselves as there later on were other customers in the store.Received suit on July 1,2023 - 2 week lead time. Suit came back where both the shirt, pants and undershirt did not fit at all. Shirt was too long, pants were too loose and undershirt was too loose. Clearly the suit fitting done in the store was not done well/ alteration service used by this company does not work well together to get a good fit the first time around.Dropped off suit for #1 alterations on Aug 3,2023 - Service was sub-par, waited 10 minutes before anyone came and offered me any service. I had an appointment as well. Took about 20 mins to resize again and off it went to the tailors.Receive pickup notification on Aug 17,2023 - Came back to the store to pick up the suit. Everything(suit, pants) but the undershirt came back in an acceptable fit. The undershirt was cut way too short on the bicep and needed to be re-done. Had the undershirt shipped back to the tailor for #2 alterations. I was provided communication that this would take 2-3 weeks. From Aug 31- September 19, I reached out via phone to get an update on my order until finally 5 weeks later I get an update that the order was lost.September 19 - Five weeks later after calling multiple times,an employee finally confirms that the order was actually lost and I would need to come in and do a refitting. This was unacceptable , wedding was within a few weeks and I couldn't depend on this company to get what I needed within the time frame at this point and get a proper fitting, so I kindly ask for a refund.Fast track to this month, Oct - No response from Indochino in regards to a refund nor any type of compensation for my lost undershirt order which I still do not have in my possession. I have tried multiple forms of communications to this company , over the phone, email and in person and no actionable course of action from this company to make right on their end on receiving my product. At this point, this company is practically a scam in my book in terms of whether or not you'll receive your product in an acceptable state.

Worked with Ruben twice. Once when he walked me through the process, took measurements, and got my suit ordered. Was told 2-6 weeks and I received it less than 2 weeks later. Today I came back and he helped me with final touches and even worked with me to replace one of the items that was a little tight. Very attentive and knowledgable!

Had issues with this process from the beginning to the end - from the suit itself to the customer service. The initial consult and suit purchase was done by an associate that no longer works there and she had promised me a ton of things that they later told me they could not do / do not offer and I would need to go somewhere to get those additions added. The tailor is not the one that does the fitting & pinning so you are stuck trusting a 20 something year old sales associate, who is seemingly annoyed with a customers existence in general, to pin it correctly. I went to pick up my purchase on a Sat when they are supposed to open at 10. No one showed up until after 11. I tried on my pants and of course, my "final" alterations came in wayyyy off. I had enough of Indochino at that point and decided to take my suit elsewhere to get it fixed and I'm glad I did. When I took it elsewhere, the lady looked at my pants and said "what were they even doing with these?" Indochino gave me TWO pleats in the front, extra material they chose not to cut off on the inside after alteration round 1 and several more inches of altering needed to make it fit correctly and as I had originally asked.Maybe they are better to men but I would NOT recommend.

If you are a woman with any curves do not get a suit from Indochino. Although they offer women’s Suits, they don’t know how to measure or tailor for women’s bodies. When I asked if there would be darting to accommodate for my chest when they measured me, they said yes. When the suit came, it had no darting and it looked terrible. They had to redo the whole thing because it was measured poorly. The second suit came and it was too big. They did a final look and it did not turn out well. I wish I had listened to the person who was there the first day and told me that it was his 4th time and his suit still didn’t fit right. The employees were nice and as accommodating as possible, they just don’t have the right tools to make decent women’s suits. I got the suit because I was officiating a wedding. I ended up not wearing it because it didn’t look good. Unless i pay for more tailoring, I’ll probably never wear it. I wasted $400+ and all the time I spent going to their store

This place has really gone downhill. I ordered a shirt that didn't fit right and tried to book an appointment to get it corrected. There was not one available for two weeks. Instead, I tried to book an appointment to buy something new from them - suddenly there were multiple appointments every single day. The fact that they have time for potential new customers but not for people who have already paid for their products is just garbage. When I got there for my appointment, the store was a complete mess - literally a pile of clothes in the middle of the floor. I told an employee I had an appointment, and he directed me to a dressing room. Ten minutes after my appointment time, I found him and asked him when someone was going to help me. He said they have multiple appointments and someone who had an earlier appointment showed up late and took too long, so they were running behind. Here's a tip - don't make me wait past my appointment time because someone else was late; cut their appointment off when it's supposed to end. Of course, he said that person was buying new clothes, so clearly they're going to prioritize him over someone who's already paid.When the replacement shirt finally arrived at my house it was wet. Not because the package was torn and water got in - the package was sealed, so someone must have actually packed and shipped the shirt to me while it was wet. Totally disgusting. I've emailed support but so far just received an auto-reply after several days. Indochino has become terrible, and this showroom is no exception. Don't shop here.

Went in for a custom suit fitting and felt very welcomed. I am unfamiliar to formal fashion and Grant was able to answer every question and make helpful suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with myself and my fiancée. Definitely will recommend to visit this location.
