This place has great service and knowledge! I went to another smog test and after 3 tests they said something must be broke but when I came here Carlos and Bruce were able to see that I just needed the car hooked up to simulate some drive cycles and that was it. They saved me from having to replace the catalytic converter. Thanks guys!

Do not rent a U-Haul from this location. Their posted hours are wrong and they just casually decide to never open on random days. Our assigned truck was boxed in and U-Haul was unable to find us another truck at any nearby locations

I went there recently to have my car repaired for the first time. Bruce and Carlos and the rest of the staff were very friendly and informative during the process. Not only did they explain what needed to be done they showed me where the repairs were being made. I would highly recommend their services.

This review is about customer service and ethics. Our college aged daughter needed a smog test to sell her car. It required additional parts on a tight timeline. They ordered them in and got us into the schedule to meet our needs, but at the last minute, we decided not to sell the car in California. Carlos was very gracious and understanding. Even though they had ordered parts and put us in the schedule, they let us cancel at the last minute and didn’t charge us for the parts.
Sometimes it’s not the service they perform, but the service that they give in the form of being decent and fair.

Carlos is amazing. I needed help changing out my license plates. The bolts had rusted on so tightly I tried everything myself and couldn’t get them off. Carlos was super kind, positive, and QUICK! I rolled up and rolled out within 20 minutes. He even got me new bolts to replace the old busted ones and affixed my new plates himself. And he didn’t even charge me. Super great guy and I can’t recommend this place enough!!

So glad that I stumbled upon this place! Needed a smog check for my car, and just pulled into the first place I saw. The supervisor, Art, was so friendly and made me feel right at home. These guys know how to take care of their customers. Thanks for the great experience!
