The employee parks, his silver Volkswagen on the parking spot next to the door every day. He’s not buying and bringing battery to his car but he’s parked there every day and not let customers park in that spot.

Great service. I came in for a warranty issue on batteries that were standard equipment on a new boat. They handled the exchange with minimal paperwork and zero hassle. Prompt, polite and efficient.

My battery on my GT3 RS was coming up and I had Vollig Autowerks replace it. The battery came from Insterstate. They are great and have good service from when I had some questions. They made sure they got the right battery for my car.

Abrupt jerk directed me around to unmarked customer door. Stood around in lobby with three other customers for 10 minutes until manager came out from back room.After telling him what I needed, he gave me a single quote that was absolutely outrageous. No attempt to offer the batteries listed on their web site with varying capabilities and prices. Cold and indifferent.This store previously offered great assistance and very professional service. Won't be back. En route to Costco right now.
