I came across IZ Flooring on YELP and I am so grateful! What an incredible experience from beginning to end. Robert responded to my request for a carpet quote; he was responsive, helpful in finding a carpet that matched what we were looking for and provided us with a quality product at a good price. Our carpet arrived in the given time frame; Luis called immediately to schedule our install and explained everything we needed to do to prepare. Miguel, our installer was polite, prompt and efficient. He did a great job with our install, carefully moving furniture, setting things back up and leaving our home spotless.
I love our new carpet, it’s plush, cushy and looks beautiful! IZ Flooring is without a doubt 💯

We had a great experience from start to finish with IZ Flooring. From the selection in their showroom, communications throughout process, and excellent work...so very happy with the finished product. It was nice to see a contractor follow thru in the manner that was intended.. As a retired contractor myself of 40 years, I was impressed...The install crew Ricardo & Junior was so polite, efficient, had tremendous attention to detail...cannot say enough about the installed wood flooring and bathroom tile... well worth the investment ! Thank you all !

IZ Flooring is very professional!
They installed my flooring about 4 years ago, and I was very satisfied with their work and competitive pricing. Recently, I had some water damage, and they came back to fix it promptly and did an excellent job again. I really appreciate their honesty, reliability, and great customer service. Highly recommend IZ Flooring!

Just completed install of Carpet and vinyl tiles by Miguel. He’s work is outstanding. He was professional , very diligent and artful in his work. He put in a full day everyday and left things spotless. I am grateful for such talent and the pride he took in his work. All members of the team were very pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend IZ flooring. Every person I dealt with there was outstanding. Robert was very patient and answered all of my numerous questions very cordially. Jesus and his son did a masterful job of installing the hardwood flooring. They are true craftsmen! A big thank you to everyone there.

Amazing customer service from Issa. We felt well taken care of by IZ flooring. We had issues with our flooring, and Issa made sure to get everything fixed. Lions floorings warranty helped get things done. It was a long process, but Issa always made sure to keep us updated throughout. I highly recommend IZ flooring due to their warranty, and excellent service. I can tell that this company really values their customers, and will help with any issue that arises.

We asked for a estimate on IZ flooring’s website and they sent Mr. Robert for a home visit. He gave us a quick and almost correct estimation which we liked the most( not like others who took 3 to 4 days). After that I visited to the shop and Mr. Martin who was very patient and explained various material and other details. He asked us to take some samples to take home and see in day/night so that we will have idea how it looks on different time and we did the same. Because of that we were able to know which shade is perfect for our house. Thank you Martin. The best part I liked the most is their installation team, Mr Jesus and his son Anthony. They were so quick and fast. They move furniture, remove carpets, carefully lay the floor, and tidy up the house at any time. We changed every bedroom and all house flooring. It looks so good that everyone asks us. We are very satisfied with their professional and good work and their reasonable pricing( if you compare with others shops). I will highly recommend them.

Fantastic all around. We happened to see this place while we were at our mechanic who's across the street (H&A) and noticed that they have a 5-star review here. We walked in and Brandan helped us with the selection process and was super patient. The walk through went well and promptly. The installation was equally professionally - Miguel, Jose, Armando were all very courteous, respectful, and professional. We recommended them to others and they have been satisfied as well.

We asked for a free estimate on Iz flooring's website. Mr. Martin responded quickly to us. He is punctual, kind, sincere and a good communicator. He was very patient and explained to us the various materials and construction details. A few days after signing the contract, the installation team came to my house to move furniture, remove carpets, carefully lay the floor, and tidy up the house at any time. We were very satisfied with their professional and serious attitude.

Iz flooring did a horrible job on our lvp floor. The installation had misaligned and damaged joints. The floor leveling was poor and left the floor just as uneven as before. No expansion gap in many areas has the flooring bowed up. When you step in certain places the flooring lifts and shakes our China and glass cabinets. When the owner came to look at the issues he said he couldn't see any problem while I point straight at them. He says he doesn't see it. No accountability and then find out not a licensed contractor. They put someone else's contractor number on our contract.
Issa is a smile in your face but stab you in the back person.

At our request, this company promptly sent their in-home consultant with a variety of flooring samples who served as an excellent guide to the best option to address our needs & preferences, then measured the room urgently needing attention. Their bottom line pricing was so reasonable, we decided to include 3 more rooms! First 3 were done in April with stellar results. When we were ready to tackle our bedroom, Miguel did a top notch installation with very impressive skill and a terrific end result! In no way could we be more pleased with I Z Flooring Co.

I highly recommend I Z Flooring! I had carpet installed in 2 bedrooms and a hallway and luxury vinyl installed in a bathroom. They were quick to respond to my call to come out and provide an estimate and the guys who did the installations were professional, courteous and hard-working and they all did an excellent job for a reasonable price. They went out of their way to be sure the job was done to my satisfaction and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

IZ flooring was amazing! Robert was prepared, answered all our questions. We were in a pinch for carpet and Robert was able to find us the best carpet, in our price range and exactly what we were looking for! Our specialty carpet we ordered for the stairs came in 6 days early! There was a little mess up on the stairs installation, and it was fixed the next day. We couldn't recommend this business more! The price was also so much better than Home Depot or Lowe's!
