Terrible customer service. There is a cashier in particular who I keep getting who doesn’t even attempt to do his job. Most of the employees are unknowledgeable and rude. Jack in the Box itself has given me bad experiences but this location is simply unbearable. There are 4 other fast food spots close by and they may not be 5-star but they’re better than this.

I recently visited this Jack in the Box location and had a very disappointing experience. I attempted to order via the drive-thru on foot, which the employee said is against policy, and I respect that. However, the staff member we interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I am sympathetic to the pressures of working in fast food, the level of discourtesy was unacceptable and did not align with the positive experiences I've had with the brand in the past. This encounter was a significant deviation from the customer service I've come to expect from Jack in the Box, reflecting poorly on the establishment. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve service quality in the future.

It's extremely weird that they close the doors in front of their customers before ACTUAL closing time. And then say "our boss told me to close 5 minutes before 10.I got there an 9.:50. Whoever she is, the supervisor; needs to not just rudely shut her doors in front of customers because of how they look like.

Jack in the Box should be ashamed. They have a skeleton crew working at this site. They are next to a trolley station in the middle of downtown, and it only had 4 workers. From what I observed, it was one person taking the drive-thru orders, one at the counter, one making the food, and one other person cleaning. This location is extremely busy, and it's unacceptable that they would have the workers like this. JACK IN THE BOX, if you don't want to pay your crew a fair wage, and rather have a skeleton crew, then do us all a favor and just shut down your business in expensive cities.Having a skeleton crew affects the quality of food, the working conditions for your crew, and customers. This is meant to be fast food. Now it's only fast made food whenever they get to your order. In my case, my order sat at the back counter because they didn't have someone to help with the online orders. If your customers can't rely on your "fast food" being ready in less than 25 min, just shut this site down.
