Messed up my taxes. They had to be amended. Went from allegedly owing a refund to now getting one although the IRS has sent me a bill. A mess that I now must navigate and get resolved. Don’t know what’s up with all these positive reviews because that wasn’t my experience at all. I refrained from posting sooner because they did try to make it right but people deserve to know the truth. Also the customer service wasn’t so great. Never again.

Had an appointment. Arrived on time to see an old coworker of mine still getting his taxes done. I asked if they just started, he said yes. Already irritated for my time being wasted. Come back later & the guy working the booth says im gonna end up having to pay in so I left. Went to a different jackson hewitt location same day. They squeezed me in and I got a refund I am happy with. My point is. Avoid this location at all costs. Seems like he is not trying to work, just turn people away and collect a paycheck ? I did not trust him & he did not seem very professional.
