Jamba juice has an open kitchen and cash register. I stood there for a good 5 minutes without any acknowledgement by staff. So I said "hello, can someone take my order"? The worker looked at me that I was bothering her and she said "We have too many orders, I'll try to get to you". No joke!Horrible interaction! I love Jamba but will never go to this location again. I went to CVS across the driveway and grabbed a Naked Juice and saved money.

Let's start out with first saying how horrible This location smells and also let's talk about the terrible customer service that I just received from the cashier who did not want to give me his name i think it is Ryan or Brian who put his finger in my vanilla blue sky bowl. And when I requested for it to be remade. He gave me attitude im like i can take my money elsewhere. I love to travel for great customer service. Will never visit this location again.

Very professional and quick service . My mobile order went to a different location somehow and when I went to pick it up at 4S I was told it wasn't there. The crew quickly reacted and made another smoothie for me to take home for no charge.Wonderful crew- thank you!

I placed a large order (50 small smoothies) for pickup on Sunday morning. The order was ready and packaged up at the appointed time, everything was correct, the smoothies were delicious, and they had included straws for us. I would absolutely return!

I have loved Jamba since I was 16 years old working there. That was 15 years ago. Since then, I have visited many locations and have loved almost all the experiences. The girl working at this location does not fit the Jamba Standard. She was rude, and oddly judgmental about my order. I like visiting Jamba in the mornings because I know I'm going to be greeted by happy, enthusiastic people. Not at this location! This girl doesn't like her job and shouldn't be there. Won't be visiting this Jamba location again!

Download their app so you can order ahead. This location is always ready on time when I pick up. Fast and friendly service here. I do some modifications to my drink and they always get it right. You can also request split cup when you have young kids like me that never finishes their drinks so I usually order medium or large for them and request to split it if they want the same flavor.

The staff is rude and they get orders wrong every time. Drive over to Carmel Mountain if you are going to Jamba Juice.

Only good things to say about Jamba juice. Great on a hot day or after a hike. Even your dog will love it! This branch is in a nice location - so many other shops and things to do close by. The staff are all generally kids from the neighborhood, and they're very polite and professional.

I tried the cranberry and orange smoothie and it had a very nice flavor. Very much like cranberries and oranges. The coconut whip at the bottom was a nice sweetness for the tart cranberry. Very nice. But a little expensive

Five stars for the gentleman who took our order. I feel so sorry for him because he has to work with a very unfriendly and rude employee, who said her name was Akayla. At 2:45 pm, on 10/16/22, I came in and ordered four items (and tipped). They came out rather quickly, but when I tried to explain to Akela that my grandson couldn't get the boba through the narrow straw, she rudely rolled her eyes (while standing in the front counter area with her friends, and announced (three times) that she's on a break...? (Check your store cameras if you have them...)Uh, okay...so much for excellent customer service. I guess I'll get my boba from Kung Fu tea from now on. Jamba Juice...,if you keep employees like Akela on your staff, your business will suffer...Hope that tip goes to the guy who took our order!

I was impressed with this Jamba location! I was having a hard time getting my gift card to work in the app and the employee was super helpful and patient with me. The smoothies were perfect too!

Ordered a $10 smoothie that was supposed to be peanut butter banana protein and it tasted like a cup of salt. It was undrinkable and I had to throw it away

A little expensive for someone who is not used to healthy stuff like me. But surely worth it. I will become regular customer there. Good investing on my health
