Not only do I like the products of Jamba Juice. I love coming to this location where all the employees are extremely nice and caring. I'm always nicely greeted when I come in and a lot of the times they call me by name. There's a few employees that really stand out to me and they are ... Nyle, yadira, sienna, amity, kilana and christian (Forgive me if I spell there names wrong) But this is a great team working here.

I had Jamba Juice a few times during when my school was near Bella terra. Their smoothies are so yummy and delicious HANDS DOWN. I have tried the razzmatazz it was delicious and fruity a little bit sour but in a good way. The Caribbean passion was delicious it tastes like you're at a tropical island. The strawberry wild was delicious too it tastes more strawberry nothing else. I also have tried the plant based ones my favorite has to be açaí super antioxidants & the go getter. Their menu has açaí bowls, juice shots, food, and ice beverages. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store has a great atmosphere and not much seating indoor.

I became the subject of sneers and side eyes from the young employees after I respectfully inquired to have my smoothie filled to the top. It had been served to me almost an entire inch from full. The young mngr spoke to me harshly & wrongfully accused me. Several of the young staff seemed to attempt to shame me. I asked for a refund. I won't go back. Now I drive 8 miles out of the way to the next nearest Jamba where I'm treated with respect and feel valued.

Aye Dominic killed it tonight! It was closing time and it was packed and he managed to go above and beyond for his guests and made each guest there orders while being the only one staffed. And it tastes delicious! Thank you Jamba!

whoever was working at 11:45 am on July 1, 2023 deserves special recognition. I was about to be late for my shift and I needed my smoothie within 10 minutes. I asked them if they thought it'd be ready within that timeframe and girl working kindly told me yes and then served me my smoothie within TWO minutes. TWO! I didn't even know that was possible. thank you, ladies :)

Whenever I come for a juice, they’re machine is broken 50% of the time. I just left and they said that they’re out of spinach. I said that that was okay. And then they said they were cleaning the machine and I said “okay how long and I can come back”. And they said actually it’s broken. So clearly they just didn’t feel like making it. If it’s broken 50 percent of the time that’s not great odds to want to come here. Tuesday around 545

I'm not one to leap at a chance to post a one star review. Look at my other reviews. I go out of my way to find places and people charming. This Jamba location has beaten me. The service here is awful. I ordered on the app (which you can't use Jamba Juice gift cards for on line orders, I learned, but that isn't unique to this location, it seems). I asked if my order was ready. It wasn't. No big deal. Two other people ordered from the employee at the register, and she then asked if I had ordered. I smiled and nodded yes. This was apparently inadequate. She repeats herself at about 4x the loudness, "Sir, have you ordered!?" I replied, matching her decibel level with an audible, "Yes." I went over and sat down and waited 10 mins. I then returned to the order pick up area. The same employee said with excessive attitude, "What order are you looking for?" I gave her my name and she asked if it was an online order. I said yes and she chided me saying they don't call out names for online orders, you have to come up and ask. I told her I had done and I was told it would be about 10 mins. I sat down and waited ten minutes. She rolled her eyes at me. I was rolling with the inadequacy up until this point. I said, "I did exactly as you said I should have done and you roll your eyes, what the f*** did I do wrong?" I'm done with this location. Rudeness seems to be the status quo. I haven't been here for about 10 months because the last three trips here (different staff than who I saw here today) also behaved with unnecessary rudeness.
