Me and my husband went to this location the other day and upon entering we seen 3 employees. 1 being a manager , no one took our order . The manager walked over to the employees and told them to assist us , another customer walked in and they assisted him first . Completely ignoring us . We got our order in and they completely took their own time making it .

This... this new blue drink they have. I can't even describe how awful it is. My boyfriend order one today to try and help with his hangover. The store made too much I guess so there was a side cup with the extra and I was excited to get some! That excitement faded quicker than bisquick. It tasted like bubble gum or cotton candy toothpaste? Idk how to explain it but the horrible taste grew on the pallet far after the first sip. Do not get the vanilla blue sky if you enjoy being happy and thinks that don't taste like liquid playdough.

Subpar parfait! This is the second time I order the yogurt parfait at the Mira Mesa location and it doesn't even come close. I don't know why portioning is so inconsistent but they really skimp you here; I would recommend sticking to smoothies.

They let me use their restrooms and it was very clean and they were very kind about letting me use it even though I wasn't a customer. From now on I will be a customer.

Warning to those ordering on their app. These people actually charge a fee that pays for their app and website.......

Man, this place brings back great memories. It's no different after post Covid-19, all of us should definitely try a wheat grass shot after a hangover wonderful night.Great customer service, fast and clean presentation of my order.AND I didn't know what I wanted and asked if I can have a Açaí Bowl version of a drink. Super sweet cashier was even kind enough to laugh at my joke!I will be back when I need a meal or pick me up, but I need to be responsible with my sugar intake if I value the hard work on my current health appearance. So, I may only return on the days I exerted more energy than normal being professional. Thanks everyone at Jamba Juice!Oh, and if you're coming here, that means you like fruit smoothies, or supplemented with vitamins meals in a drink or bowl, or a delicious carb burn of assorted breads or sandwiches. It's nice to know what you are getting and although time passes, we witness this in the mirror, Jamba Juice was on the forefront of steering my generation towards having a place that offers more than just burgers, French fries, and ice cream milk shakes. Not that I don't wish, I could have a delicious burger, French fries, and shake... but wisdom means understanding One's limitation and surpassing them well. Sacrifice doesn't have to mean to go without. They may love you too much and make it a little sweeter, but gently ask them to honor the recipe. So, love them back and return when you don't want to spend money on a blender you hate doing dishes for or go grocery shopping for fruits you let the remaining one or two to succumb to waste. If you're in Your head like I am.... Just grab a Jamba Juice ;).

First off this store has the highest prices in comparison to the Poway, Point Loma, Santee and Carmel Mountain locations. Not sure why, the girl at the register said we ALWAY RAISE OUT PRICES. The funny part is I just ordered a strawberry wilds yesterday after the gym in santee and paid a dollar less and they even gave me a medium when I asked for a small. Santee and Carmel Mountain are great locations. I decided to still order a small strawberry's wild smoothie and presented a $50 bill and the manager said we don't have change.....what a joke. Message to the GM and area manager....supply your team with at least a $200 drawer, it's pretty much industry standard. Adjust your prices to match all locations, provide better training (don't tell customers "we always raise our prices) and ensure the drawer is able to break a $50 OR train your managers to go make change from the safe. Jamba Juice is not willing to be a customer service organization....it seems they simply don't care. We should all feel bad for their day to day employees as this is not their fault.

Jamba juice is always a good time. They don't mind adding a little extra Matcha and blueberries to my smoothie. If I could afford it I'd go every day.

Jasmine H who works the register doesn’t know how to do math. Got upset at me for trying to give her the change that she did not give me a second to pull out of my pocket. And didn’t want to except it because she couldn’t do the math in her head to give my correct change.Sad how are young ppl can’t do basic math these days

Friendly service. Had the Mega Mango with protein boost. Would have preferred more mango and less orange juice.
