Horrible experience with CSR Love the clothing I usually order online or stop @ Fashion Valley (excellent service). Seems UTC mall employees have a horrible attitude.

I love their clothing but I hate shopping at the UTC location. They don’t honor the online pricing so if you wish to shop check out their website first. Also the staff are very disrespectful toward customers , I didn’t have a good experience with all three saleswoman that I happened to meet there.
