Laura in Customer service was rude and careless, I was sent an incorrect set, she had me unpack my return after I said the correct item was now sold out in my sons size, see attached communication

Love the store but they have the worst customer service at las americas Just left the store and the employees are so rude I recommend driving 25 mins to the fashion valley location! Never coming back here
