I've been going here to this location the past couple years. This visit was not great. Paid more for an oil change than I ever had.. And paid for a top off which I also hadnt had to before... Afterwards something didn't sit right with me, so I checked oil level and ended up having to add more. Feeling very cheated. Won't be returning to this location!

I went to Jiffy Lube- El Cajon Blvd to check when my next oil change should be and also because my hood and vent had a bit of smoke coming out. Rodje (apologize if spelled incorrectly -male worker/tall ) acknowledged me immediately and asked how he can assist me. Thank you! :)
Sydney S. came with her positive attitude and great customer service. She let me know what the issue is and advised me on the solution.

Everyone at Jiffy Lube is amazing. The young lady I called the same day they serviced my Rav4 was awesome. She has great customer service skills my car was done in a JIFF...I highly recommend. I will return for servicing every time.
