I called a total of 4 times this morning, each time counted 20 rings with NO response and call was terminated Hung Up! I guess they were too busy to answer and didn't need my business anyway! Actions speak louder then words people!

Got service, wasn't asked what quality of oil I wanted, just asked to signed for unknown product. The recommended oil was not put in, a different oil viscosity was used even though the recommended product was ready available, I was not asked for my consent to do this at all. I am glad I checked my receipt.

Jiffy Lube Store #1968 has the friendliest employees and their service is impeccable and timely. I arrived around 5pm and I barely had time to get comfortable in the immaculate lobby when my service was finished. Great Team, very clean facility, and superb service. Thank you!!!
