Jackie at the Mission Valley SD location has excellent customer service skills. I recommend her to everyone.I was searching for a model of a Le Vivian watch. She contacted the vendor and called me back just as soon as it was found. ( and it was their very last one!! )Jackie suggested and switched me to a Kay Jewelers card to give me 24 mo interest free without me having to ask. She continued to follow up with me in regards to the ETA.This was in big contrast to my experience with the manager Robert at the Fashion Valley location. He told me that he would have to call me back but never did! Thats when i called the Mission Valley store.Looks like It was his loss of $1500.00 and Jackies gain!! Thank you Jackie!!I will continue to do my business at her store.

Love coming to this location. Unlike at parkway they didn’t even acknowledge me or even asked if I was looking for something. For sure I’ll stick to this location. Jackie and Nadia are always so happy to help. They have wonderful customer service and are so knowledgeable when it comes to my questions. I always have an enjoyable experience here. Thank you !

Came in today and I loved the service from the two girls I believe there names are Jackie and nadia they really helped and made my whole experience here a great one I tried the the other locations and they really didn’t acknowledge me as much as this location thanks for everything and trust me when I say it I am coming back to this location in fashion valley

Jackie and nadia in mission valley provided the best service, i have visited the plaza bonita location last week and left so upset the lady that approached me for help was so rude she did not answer none of my questions i had and made me feel as she was rushing me along my way.

Kay Jewelers has always been a pleasure. The staff have been friendly every time my wife and I come. We love the lifetime warranty we have and all our jewelry and enjoy the customer service this team offers. We have had the unfortunate mishaps happen and we have always been able to come in and have any of our items repaired and or replaced. Kay’s has been the only jewelry store I personally have enjoyed and will always have my business. We also enjoy the time changes in jewelry they offer for many occasions and love their website for all the custom work you can have done. From anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, you name it and they always have something special you can buy, customize if you want, and give that special someone a wonderful gift. They have some awesome sales which have been wonderful for me. We thank you Kay’s for being our jewelry place to shop!

Refrain from make a purchase at this location! My husband has been waiting 2 months for his replacement ring. I have called multiple times and spoken with sales representatives that say "I will call you back" and they never call me back with an update as to when his new ring will be ready. We have no update or emails saying when my husband will have his ring. Very disappointing and frustrating. Seems like they only care to make a sale out of you. To make it worse the ring my husband chose is not good quality for the price he paid. We were better off getting a ring for my husband from Tiffany and Co for the same price and better long lasting quality.

I when there on 12-22-2023 and I have very bad experience whit one lady who was helping me I wanted to buy a bulova watch mark antony collection for 750 and the lady told me is 25%off but when I want to pay she says oh I can't give you any discount on this one so I end buying a different watch on Daniels jewelry Kay jewelry has the worst sale person ever and if they don't want to give discount they should not open their mouth
