I bought a 10 year old used car that looks brand new. My sales person Andy Pabon is a super chill man that made sure I was happy with my purchase. He touched bases with me afterwards to quickly make sure I was good with my car. Thank you Andy for being such a great sales person and being so cool and relaxed. I feel like I was taken very good care of!

When you buy a car, the service is great. When you need service, that's where the problems are. I have to get my car towed there and I am sick to my stomach thinking about it. It will be atleast 6 days to get the diagnosis. That is a unacceptable amount of time. They do not care that even though your car is under warranty, you will be stuck with out a car. Last December when I got my oil changed I thought I may need a new battery. I tried to get a sooner appt but settled for the date they gave me. I did need a new battery. The 3 year warranty was up by 3 days. I told them that I tried to get my car in sooner but they would not budge. I got a new battery elsewhere.They do not care. It's all about $$$$$$$. When you buy the car the salesman is convincing that they will be there to help if problems come up. They want to make the sell so it's not just the car they are selling. They make the whole experience sound great.

I made an appointment for service (to address a part they installed) and was notified they might have my car overnight for diagnostics. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm and they stated diagnostics would be done the next day. I arrived for my appointment and was handing over my keys when the customer service representative said my car would not be seen for minimum of 6 days. She said they were backed up. I spoke with her and her manager and neither person provided a reasonable solution. I offered to come back and drop off the car in 5 days and they said "We don't work that way, don't tell us how to run the shop". I said being without a car for 6 days was unreasonable, especially without any notice. They said I could rent a car at my own expense.They provided zero customer service and are unable to have discussions about reasonable accommodation for their inability to manage service appointments in a timely manner. They stated they "are not responsible for the appointment service representatives" and take no responsibility for this situation. Zero accountability.

I had a malfunctioning steering rack on my hyundai elantra and the service department took care of it no problem. Alton kept me posted with updates along the way, and for as busy as they were, I was happy to have my car back within a week. Stoked to not have to pay Anything because of my third party warranty.

Peter was a great help with getting the car I wanted. I was looking for a car with a specific color. Luckily one was coming in and Peter communicated throughout the delivery process. Peter was knowledgeable and courteous the whole time. Marc in finance was very helpful, quick, and has a great sense of humor. Very easy process, will definitely come back. Thank you

From the first minute I got in touch with the dealership, I had a very wonderful experience. I never felt pressured to purchase the car nor the extras that I didn't feel I needed. I started out with one model and ended up with a better one that suited my needs. I was given the correct information that I needed to make a decision -- and now I love my new car! I typically dread the entire process of buying a new car at the dealership but my experience at Kearny Mesa Hyundai was like no other! The sales and financing staff (Cole and Marco) were quick with responses and made the experience as “enjoyable” as possible! I now drive a new Hyundai and feel I was treated with respect and paid a fair price.

It's not everyday that you find a salesperson that makes you fall MORE in love with a vehicle that you knew you loved as you pulled into the lot.Andy Pablon is that person! In need of a 60k mile service? Stay far away from this place. $1,083.57 for a fluid flush & tire rotation on a 2013 Elantra? How tf do these crooks sleep at night? Taking advantage of the elderly and gullible? Karma is real Kearny Mesa Hyundai. Please go anywhere but here to service your vehicle.

Easy process, Mo and Oscar helped with getting the car I wanted! Oscar was extremely helpful and when the car wasn't quite ready he even brought it to my office since I had a meeting and couldn't wait around. Even though the dealership is still under a remodel it was clean and comfortable. The finance guy, Nick, was great knew his stuff and was pretty quick too! Oh and I LOVE my new car!!

They have redefined the meaning of "warranty." Enough said. Rolling over to 2nd week in the shop and nobody wants to take accountability, let alone knows how to communicate. I'm totally blind sided and bleeding out on the rentals.

All of the employees on the phone and at the service department are always very helpful and efficient. Today was no exception. I went in for an oil change with an appointment. It's nice that they are close to home. I try to go in the early afternoon and then there are about 30 restaurants nearby for a late lunch. The only reason for one less star is the ongoing construction (first at service, now at sales). The lot is jam packed with cars for sales and cars in service. The new service area is nice, with new seating and restrooms. They have a TV, free cold water, a coffee machine, also free, and snacks as well. I'm guessing that 6 months from now when I return all the construction will be done.

Be very careful when purchasing a used Vehicle. I recently bought a used Tesla off their lot and trusted the Dealership when they say their service does a full inspection. Well turns out they lied because if they did an inspection they would have never sold me a car with tires that have the metal threading showing. As I was driving the tire lost complete air and I thought it was a nail until I went under the car to see… This put my families life at risk, keep in mind we have a 1 year old and a baby on the way. I am deeply disappointed that a dealership would put peoples life at risk just to make money. I pray no one else’s ends up with anything like this because it is a life threatening situation.
