We picked up dinner here because my ten year old really wanted fried chicken. We got a 14-piece bucket with three sides; mashed potatoes, gravy, mac n cheese, and corn. This came with biscuits and butter and honey. I will be honest the chicken was fine, fresh. The sides were lack luster, and the next day, the chicken was so greasy and just unappealing. Maybe there are better things at this place, such as a chicken sandwich or strips, but this meal costs us around $65 and honestly was not worth it. I personally would not go back and order this. Also, in an age where there are many people with food allergies, a grilled chicken option would be really nice. There is not one ounce of gluten free anything accept corn and fries here and that is pretty sad.

How the hell are these clowns going to make $20 an hour? They forgot my chicken little and messed up the sauces requested. It took them some time and still messed up the order. All of the employees were working as if it was their first day at work. Corporate should look into this place. They locked the doors for pickup before 8 PM!

I understand we are in very hard times, everything is expensive and blah blah blah, everybody knows, but when purchasing food that requires a fork or a spoon and not placing it in the bag, makes it hard and messy to eat, plus not napkins to clean my fingers after eating with them, cause no utensils were given??? I understand your freaking marketing saying "it's finger licking good" but seriously???

The worst chicken I have ever bought, it was overheated and almost burnt, bad taste, the potatoes were still hard and bad, I threw $25 in the trash. I do not recommend this place, specifically this

This KFC was much better than the last one I visited. The chicken was hot. Skip the green beans unless you like canned beans.

As far as taste goes I had no problem. While I do realize it was fried in greese it seemed a tad to much greese for me. That's saying a lot as I'm not anti greese by any stretch of the imagination. My chicken had just the amount of breading. My biggest complaint was the SMALL sizes of thighs and leg, and small portions of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I felt it was too expensive for the portion size. It makes sense to me on dine in orders to serve the sides on one paper plate or better still a dinner plate instead of those landfill bound plastic containers. They'd save a ton of money in the long run and won't fill up the landfills as quickly. It would also be a good idea for employees to be more friendly to customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Not terrible, the floor plan is rather spacious allowing plenty of room to get around in wheelchair.

Today's visit was my second Sunday in a row to this location. It earned me the title of Duke. In my last review I stated that if the improved on some of the points in which they were lacking It would earn more stars in my review. They made a little improvement so I'm adding a star to reflect on the improvement. In my past reviews I mentioned they should change thier name to Kentucky Fried Pigeon. I haven't changed my mind on that. I will say they did find a slightly bigger Pigeon to serve me. My server while not as friendly as I expect was more attentive, and quickly corrected a small oversight AND ask if he could do anything else. The sincerity in his voice said it was not scripted rather a true desire to serve me better. I liked the fact they printed my name on the receipt rather than call me "Valued Customer" as McDonalds always does. My chicken was just as greasy and delicious as always. I used to fry chicken at Red Barn in Springfield Ohio. My chicken was never that greasy. The coleslaw was good as was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The music was loud today but seemed not as loud. I wish they'd play some country folk Bluegrass and maybe a gospel song on after all it is Sunday. My biscuit was WAY BETTER than the hockey puck they served me last week. This location has improved over my last visit. I know with a little more work they can earn a 4 star rating on a future visit.
