Purchased the Amanda sofa in the cover, "Autumn." It turned out perfect! I love the streamlined silhouette and vibrant cover. Super comfortable! I appreciate that they have several options of tight back sofas and lots of cover options as well. I love that I was able to customize my sofa.Martin was the sales associate that helped us from beginning to end. The process was efficient and straight to the point. He was very informative and friendly. We loved working with him! The furniture arrived sooner than expected and the delivery service was great as well.I've always wanted furniture from La-Z-Boy and this experience did not disappoint. The sofa is such a beautiful addition to our home.

Happy with my recliner, but the sales people in there are too overbearing. They pressure you into buying their furniture. Mayra who helped me purchase my recliner was okay, but was a bit condescending when answering my questions. If I'm going to spend 2,000$ on a piece of furniture, I feel that I should not seem like I am a bother to the sales people. I have had the chair for a year now, and it is holding up nicely. The furniture is good quality here, but if you do not like a sales person hovering over you the whole time, I would not go here.

This is a review for customer service. My husband and I went in because we had a very specific kind of sofa in mind. LaZ boy didn't quite have the right one for us but the sales associate, Consuelo was fantastic. She spent a lot of time with us without being intrusive. She was kind and helpful and made suggestions on sizing, features etc. I was impressed with her knowledge of the products and helpfulness. So, we didn't make a purchase that day but will check back in to see if they eventually have a model that suits us.

Have never written a review in my life. Myra, the floor manager or whatever, sold me a chair. The same chair with the downgraded fabric was delivered so I went in and asked what happened, she lied and said that the confusion about what material I wanted was because of some weird discussion we had about the color of the chair, when she was the one who sold me on the leather in the first place. I asked if they could cover the difference, like $200, she said no, so I’m getting a refund. Do not spend your hard earned money here.

Very good experience buying a rocking recliner. Kristen gave us very good suggestions and advice to make the right purchase while allowing us enough space to try a few options.

I would not give them any stars. Sign on the front said Veteran sale. Far from it. Went there to purchase a lift chair for my husband and father-in-law. No one greeted us. No one said hello. We had just finished breakfast so we needed a quick stop at the bathroom. They declined us using their bathroom even though I told them we had intentions of buying. They had two bathrooms. Only clearly marked "Employees only" and the other had a normal sign on it. When I inquired and said we were customers, she still said we could use it. We both walked out and will never return. They were rude and disrespectful. It's sad to think they would treat a Veteran in this manner. Horrible customer service!

Shopped at the Mira Mesa location. Somewhat hesitant due to some reviews. However, my experience was more than I expected. I only was looking for one chair and was treated as if I was purchasing a room full of furniture. Denver, the sales rep, took his time showing me around and offered suggestions. I found what I was looking for and purchased. Great experience. Fast delivery.

My experience with LaZboy has been the worst ever! I was told that the LaZboy furniture was made in the USA but after receiving the sofas, 6 months after purchase, I notice the tags stapled on the bottom of the sofas said "made in Mexico". If I would have known I would not have purchased anything from LaZboy for misleading their customers. The worksmanahip is the worst I've ever seen. I was on hold for over an hour trying to contact their customer care dept to request a repair on the sofas. I was so disappointed in the manufacturer's workmanship. I finally had a repairman come to my house to fix the huge gap on the sofa. Do I regret that! That repair left an even larger gap that was visible even when the seat cushions were in place. It's been one disappointment after another with this company. I would expect much better quality and workmanship for the cost of what I paid for. Beware! Go somewhere else if you are looking for high end furniture. Big Lots or the thrift store probably has much better furniture than LaZboy.

I have to say we were pleasantly surprised when walking into this Lazy Boy store since some of these reviews aren’t so good BUT Sunday afternoon we decided to go ahead and visit this location. It’s located in the Home Depot shopping center of Mira Mesa. We walked in and within a minute we’re greeted and welcomed but we were not constantly being followed like some other furniture stores ( and car dealerships)but instead was just casually acknowledged every so often. Granted we were there for a good amount of time. Then when we did have questions they were answered promptly and professionally, plus we were shown other options that we may have liked. Oh, and I forgot to mention, this store is huge! Did not expect that, and was told it’s the 2nd biggest LB show room in SoCal. We didn’t purchase on this visit but was sent home with lots of great information….and we will be returning, probably sooner than later! I want to give a shout out to Mayra, you’re doing a great job and welcome to San Diego!So, don’t hesitate to go check out this store, the employees that were working on Sunday whilst we were there all seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I was just beginning the process of looking to redo my family room and was feeling overwhelmed. Thankfully, as soon as I walked into the Mira Mesa store I was greeted by Jessica who happened to be their in house designer. She listened to my desires and concerns and was very helpful in showing me and my husband styles, fabrics and furniture pieces that would work in our space and with the two current furniture pieces that we’re planning to keep. It was also so helpful to have the option of a free in home consultation and to see 3D renderings of our space with the new pieces. When it came time to purchase she explained everything thoroughly and made sure to double check items and fabrics. Of course we just ordered and don’t have our pieces yet but based on our experience so far I am hopeful that it will go well and I would highly recommend this store, and Jessica in particular.

DO NOT GO THIS STORE. We had a horrendous experience with them - they delivered a chair to my sister with end stage cancer which was not working! Tried to get them to help and they blamed it on the delivery service we used to get it quickly. Tried to exchange it and get another one quickly for my sister's comfort and they said we would have to pay more and offered us a date a week out to get it. Tried to explain time was of the essence and the manager, Myra, couldn't have cared less. Zero compassion.

Terrible customer service. My mother bought floor model on clearance for me as I am on hospice and need chair to be comfortable. Once it arrived and we put the chair together of course it did not work. The power cord lights up but none of the controls on the power chair work. Of course, the only remedy the store will offer is to call for service taking 5 days. The manager, Myra, said it was working before it left the store without providing any proof and that it was our delivery people that damaged the chair. There is no obvious damage to the chair. Most likely it was damaged being on the floor of the store, and they took advantage of our situation, letting us buy it sight unseen, knowing we had no recourse. Zero stars

Jessica P. was fantastic. She helped us choose fabrics to coordinate with our floor & paint colors. She has a great sense of design. It will take a couple of months to get our furniture, given the pandemic, but our experience in the store and in follow-up with Jessica was excellent. Highly recommend Jessica and this store.
