I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this laboratory. Despite several patients waiting—including a pregnant woman—they made us wait for over two hours without any sense of urgency or empathy. The staff seemed indifferent, moved slowly, and clearly lacked concern for the well-being of patients. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a place meant to care for people’s health. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves the efficiency and attitude of their team.

Awesome! Hardly felt the blood draw. Short wait at the end if the day for a walk-in. Nurse was great!

I had a great experience here. Nancy is wonderful! She is kind, compassionate and excellent at her job. She is thorough and I never even felt the needle stick. I had an appointment and was seen right on time.

The best thing about this place is Jen who always smiles and keeps the place organized.
The phlebotomists are not great IMO, don’t tell you how to adjust your arms, the needle poke isn’t ideal hurts more than necessary.

Shout out to Jennifer to who made me
Feel comfortable during my blood draw. I am afraid of needles and my veins “roll”. I truly am a severe case of “find the vein”. She was kind and patient. It took forever for her to complete the process
, but she persisted and kept talking so that I don’t freak out. Mind you I am a grown a** person…lol.

Unbelievable and a horrible experience. The staff name Brie has a very horrible attitude. 2 hours of waiting for a lab drawn is beyond. I understand that they are short staffed but this particular lady rolling her eyes and when an elderly ask questions she just straight said “you can cancel you appointment if you’d like”

Go to ANY other location than this one, unless you enjoy waiting for an hour for a simple blood draw. I have a medical condition that requires me to get bloodwork done every two weeks, and I have visited labs all over the country and in several other areas of San Diego. I’m usually in and out in under 10 minutes, and before today, the longest I had ever waited was 20 minutes. I was at this location for over an hour, including the 40 minutes (!) it took them just to call me to the front desk to ask for my paperwork. Poor management doesn’t even begin to explain what is going on at this place. But hey, if you know one of the front desk ladies, you can waltz in and skip the other 15 people already in the waiting area (yes this happened today as well SMH).

The staff is amazing. Yes, often understaffed (as previous comments have mentioned), but that’s not the employees’ fault.
And everyone complaining about long waits.. get there at 6:50am. Before they open. Expect to wait, but usually it’s not that bad. If you don’t want to wait two weeks for an appointment, just walk in. Staff is quick and efficient and extremely professional.

The staff is wonderful, but this place is CHRONICALLY understaffed. It's been like this for over a year now. Appointments are booked out for two to three weeks, and walk-ins have to wait 2-4 hours for a blood draw. Labcorp REALLY needs to fix this because it makes healthcare inaccessible to working people. I cannot take a day off to sit in Labcorp all day for my blood tests. Labcorp NEEDS to hire more people AND/OR open more locations.

I always try to make an appt but even without one I always get in and out fairly quickly!
