I had the best shopping experience with Kaitlyn and Elisa. I had a small hiccup with Lane Bryant credit and rewards system (over the phone) and I went into the store with anticipation of having similar disappointments. However they were more than helpful and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately not all stores cater to my chest size in most cases I do not have a choice but to deal with Lane Bryant. Again, I appreciate you both and now my faith has been restored, I will definitely return.

Wasn't planning on shopping in Lane Bryant store today but something told me to just go in and browse around! Caitlyn and Luisa were in the store and when I tell you, they both were super helpful, they were!! Caitlyn had such great energy and made me feel welcomed as I asked questions and explored. Walked out with quite a few items purchased just because of them. Thank you ladies!

I must say I had the best shopping experience EVER in the Mission Valley Lane Bryant store today? Jada measured me first and then helped me select clothes that were my correct size. Jada was a pro at selecting styles that looked great on me and I really appreciated that and her honest opinion! Jada was so upbeat and fun….that her enthusiasm was contagious! Hee manager was also a doll and very professional .Way to go, Lane Bryant!

The best way to get deals is to sign up for their emails and get discounts that way, otherwise everything is too high in price. Associates are hit or miss.

Shopping for bras is always a pain an you're well endowed. Things have gotten extremely expensive so I suggest waiting for the deals. I needed to exchange a bra that didn't fit. I can't remember if I was greeted or not but I spoke a woman and asked to exchange the bra, I asked her if my size was available and she showed me to a rack near the fitting rooms. She did not help me search for the wireless bras which was a surprise. After my search hunt I found one wireless bra in the whole store that was my size. Katelyn completely the exchange and refund, she was very sweet. She told me about store deals and asked if I had found anything. She needs a raise. Thank you, Katelyn you were AWESOME!!!

I have never been so humiliated in my life before but Michelle she made sure to do that on this day I am in disbelief of her customer service skills and shocked that she just feels so freely to walk around talking to people in a degrading manner Lane Bryant used to be my favorite brand but on this day I am choosing a new brand

Went here with my wife. We were made to feel welcome and able to find what we needed. The only item not in stock has been shipped to us at no cost to save us from driving back. Store manager is knowledgeable and friendly.

They seem to have cute stuff here, I came to return a gang of ill fitting and very uncomfortable bras I bought online, which took way too long to show up. I couldn't find anything that fit me very well and I ran out of patience and time as I was getting no help in the fitting room and told I could make an appointment for that... uhhhhmmmmm yeah. No thanks. Get undressed, try on bra, get dressed, get another ill fitting bra, go back in, get undressed, etc. By the second or third time, I was totally over it. Very frustrating and time consuming. I'm not a mall shopper in general and this place didn't have me itching to return. It was just a general fail. A good friend of mine suggested I try this place out, it didn't work, at all for me. Sadly. The bra search continues. Sigh

I was greeted by a person who was more interested in her list of prices than in helping me. I needed to exchange some bras I ordered online because you did not have my size in the store. I returned 4 and left with two - only two bras in my size in the store. The exchanged bras were not honored the sale prices that I got for the first set which is disappointing. It's so frustrating. Going to continue to shop online because it's less hassle than dealing with the store employees.
